We stayed just before Christmas in a garden room, which was away from the main hotel overlooking a small courtyard and garden. The rooms were quite small but perfectly formed and very cosy. Being away from the hotel and street they were probably a little quieter. The hotel is approximately a ten minute meander to Belfort but I do think...

We stayed here for 3 nights in June, it is a nice hotel but a little dated. The service was good. Although we didn't have breakfast I noticed when we returned home that we had been charged and the hotel was quick to refund the money. It was a 10minute walk to the center of Bruges which was lovely st...

Lovely hotel, the amenities are great and to a great standard. It has a lot of character. We had absolutely no issues during our stay. We loved it. The breakfast is a bit expensive but it's worth it. The rooms are nice. Good shower. We would stay here again.

We stayed here late september and it was wonderfull weather. We had a room at the end of the garden, which gave you a feeling of being home. The hotel is close to the center of Brugges, everything is in about 10 minutes walk. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpfull. Next time when we are in Brugge we...

We stayed in Bruges the weekend before Christmas. Not the best time to visit Bruges as the whole of Europe seemed to have decided to visit the same weekend. The hotel is within walking distance of the centre, although it is quite a long walk. The hotel is modern and has been tastefully decorated. We had a large room in...

As a present for my better half, I booked a two night stay in Bruges over New Years. Appreciate all accommodation will be overpriced for New Year's Eve! But this was too expensive, you know when you just feel you have been done over/not got good value for money? We wanted a double? We paid £240/night and got two singles...

I stayed with 2 friends in a triple room for one night. On arrival although we were slightly early but our room was ready. The triple room was of a good size and the bathroom was large and well equipped. The reception staff were very helpful and there is both free tea and coffee on tap and a lovely, cosy...

Take a leap of faith and you'll have no regrets. When we travel we default to Hilton so that there are no surprises or sleepless nights. We took a chance on this with some encouragement from some friends from Belgium that we just met in France. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are perfectly decorated and awesome clean. The bed...

This is a hotel I have booked time and again staying in Bruges. Having lived in Bruges myself, this location is perfect- just off the main area, but quite away from the tourist areas. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the restaurant is superb!

I reserved a room through Expedia but the hotel cancelled my booking without trying to call me first. They said that they had problems reserving the room with my credit card details but I have used this card on multiple other bookings so its not a problem with my card. They did not give me long to respond to their email...
