My wife and I have just stayed at the Pand Hotel in Bruge for a three-day break. The hotel, like Bruge itself, was small, cosy, clean and very welcoming. The staff were excellent, and the breakfast was fantastic (including the champagne!). There's a BUT however! We stayed in a junior suite, and whilst the room was great, we had three...

Not normally a big B&B fan but Hotel Pand could change my mind. The location is fabulous. The staff really make the hotel shine. From the moment you arrive the staff bend over backwards to welcome you. Excellent recommemdations for walks, events and restaurants. The rooms are charming with comfortable beds. The little bar is a cozy place to have...

Excellent decor, great attention to detail and really friendly and helpful staff. What more could you want? We stayed in one of the junior suites and it was great - perfect to relax in after a morning of walking and shopping ready to go out again for the evening. The location was excellent - very close to all the sights...

Needs serious renovation as rooms are not up to date with luxury standards anymore. Also, rooms are tiny and there is no satellite TV or foreign channels available. Access to sauna is subject to fee(40 euros) which is unheard of for a 4 star hotel. We were given very poor advice regarding restaurant options, the hotel staff would not bother...

We had Brekkie on one morning and it was excellent...champagne, bacon and eggs...the location was key - the hotel is walking distance from everywhere!!Free...

Perfect for a stay in Bruges. Quaint and comfy is what comes to my mind. I travel a lot and when I think of how I would like a Hotel to be if I owned one, this is a perfect example. The rooms are well designed, well maintained, well equipped. The staff is impeccable. The lady who serves breakfast should...

Goodness me where to start? LOVED this hotel. Small, quaint, charming, FAMILY operated (so you get attention and the details)...the lounge area is very cosy...we had coffees and they delivered with little dishes of nuts, chocolates and the ability to really relax and just BE was just delicious! The room was lovely...great views on the crooked chimneys of the old...

We enjoyed three nights at the wonderful Pand Hotel in early October. My partner and I were treated exceptionally well and our Deluxe room (204) was finely done with Ralph Lauren materials, quiet with a beautiful rooftop view and perfect for us. Charming, decorated in authentic antiques and managed by a first class staff, the Pand felt luxurious, intimate, exclusive...
