We stayed at the Pannenhuis for the third time this summer (July) and were dismayed by the changes. We were the only guests and were put into one of the garden rooms which are not of the same quality as those within the house. We had to ask for bath towelsto be provided and got the impression that hotel staff had...

We had a fortnight in Belgium; we decided to have 3 nights in Bruge before moving on to friends near Brussels. The Hotel Pannenhuis was a great choice as it was easy to reach from the main road without having to negotiate Bruge town centre, whilst also being within easy walking distance of the town square etc. The interior was...

It's a nice hotel and the owners are friendly, but it takes twenty minutes to walk towards the charming canals, museums and shops of Bruges. Next time we will stay in the centre of this beautifull city.

Nice place within walking distance of the historic old town. Owners were friendly once we found some common ground. Planned to eat there, but the restaurant staff was on vacation. Breakfasts were fabulous. Wifi was disappointing. We picked this partially because it listed free wifi. The owner input the password on my phone (so that i would not know what...

The Hotel was really quaint with beams and Antiques and a lovely secluded garden, with a nice terrace to eat on if it's fine. We were welcomed by a very nice girl on reception who's English was fantastic, and who made us feel very welcome. The older people were not as friendly but I think it was a language problem. The...

We drove from UK. Had booked three night stay and first night (tired) booked in to their restaurant to eat. A road traffic accident delayed us by some 20mins but we did call well in advance to let them know our situation. On arrival we were greeted by very friendly young receptionist. We asked whether we could have a bit...

We were very pleased with this hotel. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was beautifully decorated, the rooms were cozy, and we were just a few minutes walk from the gate of the old city center.

Family run hotel in an excellent location, with free parking. Quiet area, but just 10-15 minutes walk into the town centre. Beautiful but slightly quirky and tired decore, with lovely antiques - but this is part of the charm. Open fireplace in the hall surounded with armchairs - perfect for that after dinner drink. Delicious breakfast, and I have been...

Stayed at this very good hotel for only one night. The lady at the reception desk was extremely friendly, ery concerned with our trip and trying to help the most with mine and my friends future travelling plans and connections. Good value for money and their restaurant seems really worth a visit. Mentioned several years in the Michelin guide. Rooms...

I've been to this wonderful family run hotel in May. I was very satisfied. The hotel is located close to the train station ( you just need to take the right exit) and quite close to the Brugges city centre. But the service is so friendly that it makes even more pleasnt staying in this great hotel. The rooms are...

“The building does not have an elevator (at least not one up to some of the rooms like where we stayed), and some of the staircases are narrow. I would suggest that any concerns regarding navigating stairs be addressed when making a reservation.”
