The place is 7 min walk from city centre. Very convenient. Very large room was a definite plus; not so usual for a European hotel. First day we had some problems with heating system but the personnel were very efficient to solve it and very polite. Breakfast acceptable. Choose a room with front view.

Stayed here for 2 nights last week, staff friendly, sensitive renovated convent with modern fittings, clever room design but certain things lacking...my room wasn't turned over and actually found a tear in bed linen. Breakfast was excellent and the place was nicely quiet at night.

The rooms are great. The breakfast very nice and the staff is really excellent. The hotel is in the city center. Walking distance to may restaurants, bars and beautiful sights. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is set in a historic building belonging to a cloister and is located in the centre of the city. Reception was very friendly and professional. Our room was very nicely decorated and was clean. It had a modern renovated bathroom, but due to the slanted roof of the building there was no separate standing shower, only a hand...

The place is nice, the way they changed the convent in to a hotel is nice and they try to keep everything as much as they could original. The standart room we had was nice, descend size with a bathroom with bath and shower combined, so you have to get over the bathtub in order to get in to the...

This is my second visit to this wonderful little hotel. I was only supposed to be here for two nights but had to extend my stay for a further two nights . No issues at all , booked in with no fuss. Great staff throughout. If you are in Leuven , I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. Will be back.

Stayed here for the second time. Nice hotel with very nice rooms. Very friendly staff. The hotel is located on short walking distance from the nice city centre of Leuven. Breakfast is very good with a lot off different choices.

It is a very good hotel. People say - the best in town. Though, I could not give it an "Excellent" mark. Slowish reception, inaccurate restaurant recommendations, no dining on premises... The strangest of all was a lack of door in the shower room. I have never experienced such a design before. All the rest was great: inexpensive, centrally located,...

The hotel is well-located near the centre of the city. It is in a quiet street, and so may be a little hard to find. Our room was in the new part of the hotel and was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was large, with a bubble bath with a hand-held shower, which is not my favourite combination, but...

Our room was very run down, not expected to have such a low standard at that rate. The internet was not working either. We checked other 2 rooms but they were at this same “worn” state. Overpriced for the standard
