Tried the Hotel Mason next to Leuven train station. 3 minutes walk from the train to this small cafe hotel. Like the atmosphere inside the cafe. The room was a bit crammed but a large bathroom with some modern art, liked that. Also the free large glass bottle of water. Found a piece of clothing left behind also the bathtub...

Nice comfortable hotel, good friendly staff, easy to find just come out of the station and there it is, great location just over the road from the train station and next to the main shopping area, city centre area of the city. Good cafe at the hotel too.

The hotel is opposite the train and bus station so it's a bit noisy early morning as our room overlooked the square. Our room was quite small with a very large wardrobe taking up lots of space. The ensuite was a good size though. Friendly staff and a good breakfast. The hotel has been updated recently to a good standard....

I stayed there for a short trip and really enjoyed it. The breakfast was excellent and the room was nice. Only negative side, if you have the windows open, which might be necessary in the hot summer, it can get loud because of the plaza in front of the Hotel. But then again, it is at the most central spot...

Not much to look at from the outside, couldn't even find the entrance but surprisingly nice rooms if somewhat small. Nicely decorated room, very modern bathroom and spotlessly clean. Pity there was no lift and I had to haul my suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. Bang smack in the centre of Leuven right across from the train station but...

Stayed here for one night (and that was enough). First the good points - Close to railway station, free wi-fi and breakfast was OK Bad points - No lift, narrow beds, tatty rooms, above a bar so much crashing about. Won't bother staying again.

The hotel sits right on top of the Brasserie de la Gare on a large plaza in front of the train station. I arrived/left by train so it was very convenient. The hotel is intimately connected to the cafe with an additional small door next to the cafe -- the cafe staff takes care of check-in. No elevator, so be...

I wish I could give this place a more positive review but, overall, I just didn’t enjoy my stay. The location was absolutely fine for my needs – traveling on business and needed to go to an office right nearby the station. Finding the hotel was not as easy as I thought. It’s a hotel inside a brassiere (and not...

We stayed here five nights as a home base for day trips to several places in Belgium. The hotel is in an excellent location across the street from the main train station and on the eastern side of the ring around the city center. Easy to reach for a train traveler, and easy walking around the city. Room was not...

We arrived pretty beaten up from 120 km biking and hotel Malon was a really nice surprise. The rooms are well furnished, the bathroom is beautiful, the bed, comfortable, and the location couldn't be better - in front of the central station. We had a nice room with balcony facing the square-in-front-of-the-station, and it was very pleasant. But in the...
