Not so bad hotel in the centre of gent. We had an upgrade for the room but the room was at the front side of the hotel and in the evening there was much rumour from passing people. The breakfast was not bad but the choice of products was poor if you stayed on your room too long. So be...

Lovely hotel, a few min walk to the historical centre. We stayed in room 230 of the main hotel. No lift up to level two and a few stairs to drag your luggage up. The room was large with super comfy beds. Nice clean bathroom with freebies galore. Didn't have breakfast as very expensive at 20 euro each but a...

I have stayed here before and prefer main building rooms over annex. The annex is just over the road but it is poorly lit and I was alarmed that door only locks on the card no occupant deadlock. Annex is open to street. Room spacious and modern, with coffee machine, drench walk-in shower. TV a little small. Breakfast 19euros is...

This hotel is comfortable, clean with very very helpful and kind stuff. The room was perfect with soft bed, very clean and really nice decoration. It is really important that it is located near to the city center. I suggest it to everyone!

A short overnight stay, arriving late and checking out after breakfast. Check-in was efficient and the recommendation of an Italian restaurant down the road for a late dinner was good. The location is central and we walked off our dinner by making a quick loop through the square over the river. The room was large, had decent WiFi and a...

After having a car crash and a very long 24 hours, we had to look for a hotel. We ended up in this hotel, and gave us the best night sleep. We stayed across the road from where the reception was, which was no problem. The hotel rooms was super cute, clean and very modern. Right next to a supermarket,...

Booked connecting rooms as travelling with 2 small children, we checked 3 days before arriving that the rooms were connecting and were told they were, however when we arrived we were told we were not staying in the main hotel but down the street in a separate building with rooms accessed by a fire escape. Rooms were next to each...

Very convenient for Ghent centre on a reasonably quiet street. Rooms are decent but some things not quite there yet- almost like money has run out. Room was fairly clean with a very comfy bed, but a delaminating toilet seat we found very off putting. Nice breakfast though.

We arrived early, so we stowed our bags in the luggage closet (front desk man was a bit off-putting)...we went out to explore and returned at check-in time, same guy was there and acted like he didn't recognize us. His replacement came in and she was a delight. The rooms are spacious, we had a street view, and room was...

Had a pleasant stay. Hotel is centrally located, staff are friendly, breakfast was good & room was nice. Overall and excellent stay with family. Only negative point is rooms are in an annex building but that is just a small inconvenience. Would definitely return for another stay.
