This hotel is right in the historical centre of Gent, which was nice for exploring the city. We came around noon but was told that our room was not ready until 3 pm but we were able to park our car at the hotel parking lot (a very small one). The hotel parking lot is cheaper than other nearby public...

Originally we booked to stay at a 4 star hotel belonging to the same chain (Ghent River Hotel) but, for some reasons, we have been redirected here. The building interiors are very nice and the location is perfect. Unfortunately the night we spent there was not terrible but not what you would expect from a 3 star Belgian hotel in...

An awful visit! The room first given smelt badly of smoke and was a twin when a double was booked. The new room given was on 4th floor when the lift finished at the third floor, this wouldn't of been too bad had they not known I was disabled. This and the stair rail was loose, we advised them and...

I guess we were very lucky after reading other reviews, our room had a large bedroom area and a large sitting area, I think it was room 72, the breakfast was great with hot and cold food selections all types of breads and cereals. Our room was very quiet no one above us or next to us. Walking distance to...

I booked a double bed room, but they gave me a twin bed room viewing a building. honestly speaking hotel location is great, very central. but the room was small. elevator was under construction, wifi...

This hotel is located by the castle and within walking distance to the sights of the city. There is parking, but only for about 12 cars - so you need luck on your side. Don't be put off by the narrow street to access the hotel by car - drive down the street and turn into the hotel car park...

The hotel is right next to the castle and the city centre is just a 5-7 minutes walk from the hotel. It even has its own parking, albeit limited, for €11 a day which is the standard all across Ghent even on the streets. We booked a family room and were in for a surprise. The room is so spacious...
