Dear guest Thank you very much for staying at the Holiday Inn Express during your visit to Gent. I am delighted to read that you enjoyed your stay with us and i will certainly share your comments with the team. Since the new circulation plan was put in place April 3rd, the pedestrianized area in Gent has doubled with lots...

We were here one night and I am glad that it was for only one night. We stayed in much nicer hotels in Europe during our trip but the staff was great and the beds were some of the best we stayed in. Others on our trip were just twin beds pushed together. Breakfast is weak. I recommend you go...

Dear guest Thank you for taking the time to inform us about your experience. I would like to point out that Holiday Inn Express is a 3* brand. We focus on delivering a great night's rest, friendly staff and everything you need but nothing you don't. Whilst it is certainly an option to go out for food, we do offer...

Dear Nicola L Thank you very much for staying with us. Since 3rd April more than 70 streets in the city center have changed direction and/or become pedestrianized area. Now more than ever it's smarter to stay with us just south of the city. There are excellent public transport options nearby from early in the morning till late at night...

Lovely modern hotel close to motorway. Rooms are nicely decorated, comfortable beds and the ability to open the window. Not too noisy considering how close the motorway is as we were at the back of the hotel. Good breakfast, courteous staff. Will definitely use again.

Stayed for 1 night to watch Spurs play Gent. Clean and tidy and the breakfast, which was included in the room price, was excellent. About a 20 minute cab ride into the town centre but walking distance to Gent's stadium. Would definitely stay there again.

Needed a place to crash for the night after flying in late. Arrived here around 2:30 in the morning and was quickly helpen. I believe we were in bed around 2:45. We did get a room with 2 seperate beds instead of one double bed but were too tired of travelling to go back down and ask for a different...

Dear guest I'm delighted to read that we were able just what you needed to recharge after a long day. As from next week 20th we are upgrading all our double beds to extra long luxurious Kingsize beds, and the twin rooms to 2 Queensize beds. Hope you will find the time to visit us again in the future. I chose this hotel due to position close to the motorway and as I had good experience in the past there was no reason to doubt otherwise. As usual check in was very straightforward and the room not luxurious but all I need is comfortable bed and good shower. The choice of pillows really help give a good nights sleep...

Check-in was fairly efficient. However, receptionist was not attentive. We specifically ordered a taxi that would accept credit cards- this request was not conveyed to the taxi company. Mattress was a bit too soft for my liking- this is a common problem in Belgium. There were tradesmen doing renovations when I arrived- they were drilling in the adjacent rooms- so...

Dear Sir Thank you very much for the time to inform us about your experience at the Holiday Inn Express Gent. I must admit that i was very surprised to read that your taxi did not accept credit cards? We only work with CR-Taxi and V-Tax, and all their taxis accept credit cards without having to ask this specifically in...

Booked this hotel for one night as a family of four (2 adults + 2 kids). The room was comfortable and spacious with tea making facilities. Breakfast was included in a price but very small choice and only cold food. The hotel is an a good location, with good access from the motorway and has a big car park.

Dear guest Great to read that you enjoyed your stay with the family. Did you know that we are currently in the process of replacing our current beds / sofa couches with new, bigger, top quality Queensize and Kingsize beds? This will happen in phases in February. With these new beds and the addition of a fridge in every room,...

Dear Martin R I'm happy to read that you enjoyed your stay ! Did you have time to visit the Winter Festival and the Winter Wonderland Castle? The tram is really a great option to get into the city center, as Gent has the largest pedestrianized area of Flanders, and finding a parking space is difficult and expensive. Did you...
