The room was nice and clean- very nice bathroom. Disappointed our room 105 didn't have a coffee machine or any drinks making facilities but when I called reception they bought us up a coffee. Little disappointed as when we left- we were 15 mins after check out time but they had already charged my card by time I got there!...

Stayed here because it offered free parking and we were in our car. It met our needs. The room was clean and tidy with comfy beds, and the food served both for dinner and for breakfast was of a good standard. Enjoy a nice walk along the river into the city centre - it's about 30mins but a lovely walk.

This was a last minute 9pm booking after our Lille accommodation fell through. We arrived at midnight, and were greeted by a smiling receptionist who spoke perfect english and was awaiting our arrival. Couldn't believe our luck finding this place so late. It was superb. The room was immaculately clean, and had a comfy bed (twins put together), capsule cappuccino...

Europa hotel is a decent option in Ghent. Pros: - Clean, decent sized rooms - Friendly staff - Free parking - Nespresso machines in rooms Cons: - breakfast not included but was decent and for the same price that's you'd pay at a cafe - 15 minutes walk from the station and 20-30 minutes walk from centre of town. Not...

I chose this hotel because it is close to the railway station and I had to catch an early train. It is beside the canal and very quiet. The service was excellent and the room was very comfortable indeed.

Looks Ok, staff mostly Ok, but room (209 ~ likely others) has issues. Very cold room. Informed reception and persuaded them to up the temperature but the next day it was reduced again. They said our room temperature was 22 degrees, but our normal temp at home is 21 and it was well below that. No customer control of heating,...

Clean, modern, well equipped hotel, friendly staff - overall A1. Very close to city centre, with easy (low cost) access by public transport. It ticks all the boxes. Would highly recommend this hotel. All the staff were absolutely perfect. Restaurant has great food.

So this hotel is small, quiet, clean and intimate hotel along "The Leie" river. A 12min walk along "The Leie" river leads you to the Historic Core. The price was very competitive. If parking is a concern, this hotel had plenty of parking. The breakfast is VERY fulfilling!

This is a hotel of two halves. Some points are brilliant, gorgeous bathroom, a nespresso machine in the room, a flat screen TV with a huge range of channels, a beautiful view of the river and very friendly front of house staff. However, the mattress was poor and needed to be replaced. The floor in the bedroom had a strange...

While doing a trip around Belgium I chose this Hotel because I wanted something quiet outside the city. The location near the river is very nice, although you are away from everything. The worst thing I can describe was the mattress. It is used and abused and it is not flat at all.. I don't remember the room number, but...
