We had a lovely 3 nights staying at Myriame's very cool B&B. If you want a posh hotel go someplace else, if you want fake character don't stay here. Myriame offers 100pc best quality eccentricity from the heart. Her place has history character class and style. If it's not for you then go to one of the many 3* hotels...

When my wife and I travel, we look to B&Bs to enhance our experience, and that's exactly what Myriame Dolders did. The location is excellent - easy walking distance to everything Ghent has to offer, but tucked away on a private, quiet street. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Wifi was good. So all the essentials are covered....

I hate to say anything negative about this place as the owner is a lovely lady and the house itself is old and interesting. The room we stayed in is in the loft and large but if you have any problems with walking up small stairwells this needs to be taken into consideration. The place oozes with character, but the...

In an excellent central location and with a warm and cozy house, this place is probably one of the best one can ask for when trying to avoid big commercial hotels or untrusted AirBnBs. The rooms vary in size and price (I stayed in one and saw three), but are all inviting, comfortable and clean. Ms. Miryame Dolders is a...

Visited for 2 nights in august. I had a very cute, tiny, cozy, private room in the backyard. Very simple, no tv, old radio, but loads of interesting books. Small bathroom but perfect for a single traveller. Only downside were the mosquitos and spiders :p Very beatiful old house, cozy place full of books. Had a simple (bread, honey, jam,...

My wife and I enjoyed three great night's at Myriame's BnB in Ghent. Myriame's met us at the BnB despite her need to get to a PT appointment. Lovely room with nice porch and walking distance to everywhere. Had a great breakfast every morning delivered to our room. Myriame's was very helpful with suggestions, including the two day city pass,...

The hostess couldn't have been nicer, and the breakfasts were great. I liked that the breakfasts were served on a tray but I wish she had brought it up the stairs to the room. The room itself (Printzen room) was pretty, with green Moroccan tiles and a very comfortable bed. The downsides, which others have mentioned, are true: The hostess...

This is our second visit to Myriame's B&B and it was fantastic again. Once again Myriame made us feel welcome and shared her knowledge of the local area with us. The room is gorgeous, with lots of character and comfortable beds on three levels. We stayed in the Burgundy room, there were four of us and we were very comfortable....

Great place, well situated. Very friendly people and a warm welcome. Feels like home away from home. Ideal as a resting place in this overwhelming city. Lots of culture, art and beauty. Not a bad word for this place!

We were left in the lurch by another place not honouring our reservation and Myriame came to our rescue! She was very welcoming, as was her dog, which sat on my foot in a friendly manner and accompanied us to the amazing loft room at the top of the house. (Would not suggest you stay in the loft room unless...

“For a single person the garden room was sufficient. As it was in July, some mosquitos came to visit, but they can be easily repelled.”
