Quaint hotel, unusual but I prefer standard hotel conveniences when travelling on business. It was complicated reaching someone to arrange a late check in. Very complicated instructions for letting myself in was supplied via text message in Dutch. Fortunately I do read Dutch so I understood how to get through the maze to reach the lovely warm and clean room....

I stayed at the Park Hotel for one week to conclude business in Ghent. I was looking for affordable accommodation and this hotel have surprised me with very good and clean rooms, breakfast was excellent and in a pleasant quiet atmosphere I was able to do some work at the hotel during my visit. I will recommend this to entrepreneurs...

Location was great, every landmark and main drinking / eating districts walkable within 10mins, but slightly outside the hustle and bustle meaning it was quiet. Room and en suite very big and clean, and bed very comfortable. Hallways and garden area a bit cluttered with ladders and a couple of bits of broken furniture etc., but our room was in...

Although the name suggests something with a lot of stars, this is a simple but good hotel just on the limit of the inner city of Ghent. Reception is friendly and helpful. There is parking in a separate garage. The building reflects the plan of the city, it is a maze. The rooms are adequate and ours was very quiet....

Hotel is located close to the city center and enough public transport. The room was clean but a bit standard, nothing that stands out to remember it by. Be aware that the paid parking garage is closed at 2200hrs. (The TV channel quality was pretty bad.)

Without realising we had booked one of the bigger rooms booked through (booking.com). Romouts coffee machine in the room. Dove soap and shower gel attached to the walls. Window overlooking the canal. There is a gateway onto the canal walkway but this was often locked. The hotel is a pleasant walk along the canal into the old quarter. Continental breakfast...

We have loved this hotel. From the time we arrived the staff have been friendly. The rooms are brilliant and ours even look directly over the waterway. The hotel is 3 minute walk from a brilliant Trappist bar, 10 minutes from the start of town and 20 minutes from centre of town. Being situated on the edge of the waterway...

The hotel has a weirdly planned layout and our first day we almost got lost trying to find our room. There was many stairs that did not bother us but would be difficult for some. The room itself was spacious and clean but the air conditioning did not work for a particularly warm time in August. The hotel reception and...
