We reservations via booking.com but found out that we were charged for the rooms immeadiately which was not what was advertised. We could not cancel after we read some of the recent reviews. What's wrong? The shower fixture was not attached to the wall. The make up mirror is so corroded you can't see yourself in it. The staff is...

I had a one night stay in Brussels at end of my holiday and booked here, big mistake. I would worry for female travellers as I felt uneasy here. The room was basic, no wifi which the general reply was a shrug shoulders and the breakfast in the morning was a joke. However my main concern was the access from the...

The most awful experience causing my anxiety and panic attack to be the worst ever. I went out to a concert and when i returned 1am, driven back by a Dutch friend who then went on their way home. I knocked the door but got no reply no matter how hard i knocked there was nobody coming to the door...

Love this place. Highly recommend it. Luda is a great bartender. Rashid and Gopi are sweet and helpful. The room is comfortable and functional ... it's classy and quaint. You'll love being in the heart of the city ... great restaurants, music scene, shopping at Mango, Zara, H&M!!! You can call them directly for a good or better rate than...

We stayed twice . The rooms were large ,and clean on the 4th and 5th floor respectively. .The wifi was great and I was able to work well . The entrance through a bar was educational and everything else was great. The staff were friendly and helpful .The location is excellent.

Although close to center (~200m) from grand place, this hotel offers moderate rooms (mid-low quality) and small breakfasts. It is an 'ok' hotel, for 2-3 nights if you are must of the time site seeing the city

Recently spent 2 nights at Hotel Orts. Check in was fast and efficient Typical old European lift ( never had a problem with it..just be patient as the signs tell you), a bit disconcerting to walk out into the dark but the lights are on motion sensors so do come on once you move forward. Our room was freezing as...

Once you figure out that you have to walk into the bar to get to the checkin counter, its a great place. The staff was very friendly and the room was great! Very clean and spacious, and the hotel is close to everything. Our room overlooked a major intersection, yet was very quiet. A great spot to spend a couple...

Location is great for sight seeing and eating out. The hotel itself needs alittle help, the frontdesk is hard to find if you don't know to go through the the restaurant to the back - signage would help. Quirky elevator (no door) not a big deal but the floor we were on was dark and the flooring was uneven so...

We stayed at the hotel for three nights. Pros - good location, being close to Bourse Metro station and the Grote Markt. The room was spacious with good sized bathroom. The lift is quaint, although we did get stuck between floors for 5 minutes or so. Cons - The bed was not very comfortable, the room safe did not work,...
