Enjoyed my stay in this hotel very much. very helpful staff , clean bright rooms and nice colourful lobby. Breakfast was fine and the hotels is about 10 mins lovely walk to the centre of brussels. Tramline runs outside the door and the nearest metro stop is just 5 mins walk. Would return to this hotel and next time i...

the location is very central the room was ok but would need renovation first night I had a very noisy room that was later changed. Rooms are ok, but do not match four star standard. My first room was towards the noisy street (trams!) and had only single glazing! Breakfast is continental, with croissants and the coffee is very good....

We stayed for 4 nights, 3 night special deal and 1 night extension all at exceptional value for a Junior Suite. The staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The Slogan they have of "Yes We Can" is certainly true. Parking facilities are a little expnsive, but for a hotel 5 minutes walk from the Grand Place...

On a trip to Belgium, I stayed at two 4 star hotels: one in Brugge, which was fabulous, and the President Centre in Brussels. It is well located, clean and adequate, but 4 star service was not supplied. I asked for some assistance with the room: radio didn't work, an extra pillow, for example. The radio was never fixed or...

Was impressed by the President Centre the moment I stepped through the entrance. Excellent decor in the reception area and the 2 receptionist also added to the lovely image I stilll have of my stay there. Stayed there for 1 night, as I was in Brussels to take in 1 night of the beer festival in the Grand Place. I...

Booked this room as part of a package deal from London. The room was clean and the staff were very courteous. We were put in a room on the first floor and had problems sleeping because the tram runs just in front of the hotel. Location is excellent.

Booked this hotel for a weekend in Brussels. Part of a package including return flights from London and two nights in the President Centre. Total cost about 220 US dollars. Everything was sweet. The location can't be faulted - half-way between the Grand Place and the shopping heart of the city. Far enough from the tourist ghetto to feel you're...

- No room make-up service after 2pm - Only towels were available upon request after 2pm when the morning room service was missed - Poor shower design as water leaked to the floor when hanging the shower head against the wall - No early check-in even when rooms were available - 15-minute up-hill walk from the Central train station
