Decent hotel, comfortable beds, and clean rooms. 13 euros for breakfast though and its a HUGE rip off, we went else where, there are such good breakfast places closer to the main square. Ok-ish staff, the young one could do with some hospitality training or just a better personality all around. Good location, about a 15 minute walk to grand...

Good hotel with the service you expect. Very friendly. The breakfast was not special, but kept you going until you found an early lunch. I got a double room despite I was traveling alone. Only 5 min walk to hop on hop off tour bus and 8min to grand place. (Downhill walking)

2 nights I spent here. The hotel is easy to reach, from the airport just take the train and metro, and from the train station Brussels Central we just walked like 900 mts. Is a 15 min walking distance to the main area, in 2 days there we never took even the tram everything is very close. I didn't have...

We stood in this hotel in December '16 for Christmas time. Firstly about positive side: location is very good - centre of the city, few minutes to St.Michael Cathedral and few more minutes to Old city. No noise from outside, silent and cozy in the night. Comfortable bed, proper and reasonable furniture, quite big room. Very friendly reception staff, aspired...

Stayed here for New Years and traveled from Charleroi Airport (shuttle into Brussels Midi and then walked from there). The walk is about 35-40 minutes but there is an option to get the metro to central - which is essentially a 5 minute walk away. On arrival, we checked in with the night receptionist and swiftly given out key. The...

Well what a unusual trip that was. Brussels is in a really bad state. It was like East Germany after the wall came down! There seems to be no working infrastructure or organisation. Heart of Brussels and street apron street has broken, and I mean proper smashed up and raised here and there with loads missing, paving slabs. Windows randomly...

Great staff, very friendly, informative and always willing to help (5 stars for the staff). The day I booked in a few things went wrong but i got a "better" room, though it's had a terrible smell of old smoke and honestly the rooms are falling apart. It comfortable for a few nights. I wouldn't recommend long stays. The locations...

Disappointed with this hotel. I arrived late in the evening to be told the hotel did not have a restaurant. I surrounding area was a little intimidating but I would advise anyone to try to stop closer in the city centre. Ageing hotel which can be noticed with its rooms and furnishings
