The hotel was really nice, the staff truly friendly, the breakfast delicious and the location is also very good. We really had a nice time here. Particularly, thanks for Fabio at the front desk, who was very attentive to our needs during our stay. I do recommend you to pay the breakfast 😊

The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Bruxelles Midi station (with luggage and children in tow). I didn't enjoy walking to the hotel from the station, however. Two fights broke out in the middle of the street where the hotel was located in a single day. The neighbourhood feels sketchy even without the presence of a fight. We...

Mostly good. Nice room, great bathroom, really nice breakfast. A couple of gripes. I booked a twin room, but was given a room where I had to separate the two single beds, which then obstructed access to the bathroom. On coming back late in the evening, the bar service wasn't great. The same man was covering the front desk and...

The Hotel is not located in the best part of town...if in fact there is such a place. Homeless people, sometimes entire families, are living on the streets. While the hotel appears to have been entirely renovated, it still needs some work. The staff is not very helpful...it is essentially a do it yourself operation: no bellman to help with...

We stayed here 2 nights. It was conveniently located near the train station and to the sights. We walked everywhere from the hotel. Our room was a nice size and clean with a great view. The bathroom was large and the shower had great water pressure. The reception staff was very nice and helped with directions. I would stay here...

The hotel is nearby within walking distance to Grand Place (Grote Markt) and Bruxelle Midi train station. There are supermarkets and shops around the hotel too. The outlook of the hotel is modern and elegant. A large and spacious room for 4 people with fridge, cupboard and big bathroom. Hair dryer is available with L'Occitane brands provided fpr shower, shampoo...

In short: this is a small, independent, well-located hotel that offers the bare bones basics you expect of a hotel. Some points to remark: * the room and common areas are less-than-acceptably clean (remnants of the previous visitors' stay were clearly noticeable in the room when we entered) * the rooms are generally quiet, but the doors and windows do...

We stayed here for one night as a couple, hotel was decorated to a high standard and the rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel was in a extremely good location for exploring Brussels and close to two travel stations for travelling outside of Brussels which we were doing.

We stayed at the Augustin for three nights while touring Brussels. While we certainly liked the city, we did not like the Augustin. Let me be more specific: If you’re looking for a simple and clean no-frills hotel at what I would estimate to be a three-star level, then the Augustin would likely meet your expectations if the price is...
