This was my first stay in a hostel in Europe. It was nothing like I imagined it to be (in a good way). I expected a claustrophobic atmosphere but this was everything opposite. I had booked the place a week in advance for one night for an extremely reasonable price. The breakfast at this place is amazing, you have to...

I spent 3 days in Brussel with a group of Erasmus students at "Generation Europe" and I was really surprised about the quality of the food. Sabine is a great chef and she prepared a great Lasagna friday night. I felt like I was back in Italy. I really raccomand the restaurant service in the hostel, you won't be disappointed...

We have booked a double room for 58 €, with "towels for rent" as clearly stated everywhere in their web pages. Beside the very small room, there were no towels available for rent when we arrived, and they didn't offer us any alternative or solution to this problem. We decided to leave and to look for another accomodation at our...

Dear guest, We thank you for your feedback, it is really important and useful for us. We have just found your e-mails, they were unfortunately labelled as spams. We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience you had with our service and can completely understand your displeasure. Our staff should have given you a solution to your issue. For this reason...

We were relocated to this hostel following a problem with our original location due to burst pipes. The hostel didn't provide towels which we were not informed of when moved but thankfully staff from the hostel we were moved from brought some round. The location is not central but within walking distance of the centre, I also felt a little...

The staff were very laid back and friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable enough and very clean. There's food and drink available in the evening and there's a nice selection of food available for the free breakfast. Overall, it has a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

A high quality 'down with the kids' kind of hostel that has been recently renovated. It's quite large as a typical metropolitan hostel always is and benefits from free parking. The rooms are of a good standard and the only fault I can really identify is that it's a bit of a mission from the city centre and placed right...

I booked this hostel because it got good ratings and was cheap. It was clean. There was nothing including in the bathrooms, such as towels and soap, but it was also expensive to buy it from the hostel. The Wifi worked only in the common area; I was on the first floor and my roommates and I had to go...

I have stayed at the hostel for 2 nights, and the hostel has definitely exceeded all my expectations. I am from Lithuania, and I must tell you, I have stayed at faaar worse hostels back in my home country for the same price, even though it is a cheaper country. The hostel is VERY clean, the rooms are all newly...

The hostel was very difficult to find but the locals were kind enough to direct us as they are probably used to seeing lots of lost tourists in the area, but once you familiarise yourself with the area, it is a very straight forward route to take yourself from the metro to the hostel itself. The room we stayed in...
