Really good location, good value and facilities being upgraded but don't use if you want to impress date/partner or business contact. About 30 minutes walk from Central Station and on edge of Grande Square quarter on a square but hemmed in - my room had interior window so no view but was quiet - and was very small double, but...

It is a budget Hotel. However, it is very clean and comfortable. Also, it is very close to the Grand Place. Pros: - Value for the money - Elevator - Comfortable room - Clean Bathroom - Very well located, it is close to Metro Station and just few blocks to the Grand Place Cons: - Our room had a smell...

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised given its low price and 2-star status. The location was very good, close to both central station and the main architecture ie. Grand Place. The front desk staff spoke English well and were friendly. My room was cozy, clean, and even had TV which I did not expect....

The hotel was as expected, cheap and a little run down but it doesn't promise more than just that. And we didn't mind. BUT... it was -2C outside which is normal in winter in Belgium and the heating in the room couldn't get the room warm. I managed to get it a little bit warmer by fiddling with the hair...

The hotel has just two good qualities, the position and the price that was quite low for Brussels standards. Also the wifi was working nicely in the rooms. The cleaning was just weird, not even an effort to make the bed, just throwing the blankets up the pillows. The bathroom is a trap, with no shower tray so the result...

I happen to arrive about an hour early before check-in (12noon) and while I don't expect to have my room ready and was okay to wait, the staff was unfriendly and did not smile. It was only at 12noon, when I paid for the room that the staff became warm and hospitable... Magic. The room looks newly furnished but it...

i am really disappointed at this hotel. I made the reservation on booking.com but cancelled it later. They CHARGED me even though i booked with free cancellation promise. When i called, they heard my story then hang up. Really bad experience.

Hotel is a bit far from either Central or South station but walkable in 15 minutes or so. It is close to Manneken Pis and the Grand Place though so that's convenient. Bathroom and toilet is ensuite and clean. Wifi is free.

The standard of the room was very low. Many equipment was broken or not properly installed... electical outlet, heating pipes, bedside cabinet etc. I can give that hotel 3 stars only because it has a perfect location just in the heart of Brussels and it was very cheap. If you need a budget hotel this can be a right choice.
