Initially when I came into the hostel I was greeted by a very friendly woman at the front desk who explained everything clearly and was very helpful. Next thing I tried to do was get onto the wifi to let my family and friends know I had arrived. You can log in but the wifi didn't work for me for...

This youth hostel is rated above avarage. They have 24 hours reception and are very friendly. Free locker storage and a lot of accomodations in the general area. The toilets and showers are clean and the hostel it self was very quiet for sleeping.

I just have returned from Brussels, and I have stayed on this hostel. The reception is not very friendly, and sometimes I had to wait for some minutes before someone showed up and helped me with whatever I needed. There are no lockers in the rooms, only on the ground floor. There are no soap/shower gel in the bathrooms, so...

We booked this hostel in the last minute, considering that, it was good. It doesn't consist of one part, but from more buildings. The reception, kitchen, bar and main building are together, while there's another, non-connected, building in which we were accommodated. Everything is opening and locking by card system. CLEANLINESS and COMFORT Room with four beds was clean and...

There was no soap in the hostel toilets or reception and the bins in the toilets were overflowing the whole time I was there. Our heater in our room was almost impossible to change the heat so was absolutely freezing. When we ask the staff for assistance they are polite enough but always looking flustered and stressed, expect to wait...

Some of the issues I had were : No soap throughout the entire hostel, rooms had NO lockers, my door handle was broken so I got locked in my room, only 2 showers per floor, only one toilet for F and one for M for entire floor!! Some of the things I liked: open space for reading, drinking at the...

Enjoyed our stay until the final morning, the staff member accused us of stealing coats from the bar, had "proof" which was video footage of us walking out with two coats (that were actually our own). We showed him our coats that matched the ones in the video, we asked him to please search our room to prove we didn't...

Close to metro and 20 minutes walk from city center! Clean room, sleeping under a sheet and some blanket. Wifi available in every room. Toilets and showers not the prettiest one. NO WASTE SEPARATION (please change this). Breakfast included in pretty ugly environment.... I am sure it would taste better when you will improve it!

The lobby has a nice atmosphere and the staff is really helpful, but the rooms are old and oppressive and have no sort of locker whatsoever. The shower was cold and I had to press the tap every 30 seconds or so. They also gave me sheets with holes on it.

The bad thing is the wifi, is terrible, you can not get commection unless you are in the reception. And the color of the rooms was awful I felt like I was in a prission haha.. is good...
