The hotel is ideally located close to the central station. Also airport is only 20 minutes ride from here. And the central staion has trains from all over Europe. So, the location is great for tourists as well as business travellers. The room was clean and comfortable, and the free breakfast was nice. Lots of choice in the buffett breakfast....

Nice hotel. Immediately next to central RR station and 5 minutes from Grand Place. Very nice staff. Very helpful with directions, etc. Very nice room with 3 arm chairs, small coffee table, and large desk. Nice breakfast room with very adequate selection of food. The radio part of the TV wouldn't work but they really did their best to try...

Stayed in room 205 for six nights, 06-12 October 2010. Having booked months ahead via the Best Western website, I paid 154 Euros per night. (From what I overheard at the front desk, I think I could have got a better deal just walking in off the street.) The shower in my bath had very low pressure, so washing myself...

This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and unfortunately I was dissapointed by the room this time. I paid 179 euros and the room only had a shower that didn't seem to have a great temperature control and the taps aren't marked which is hot or cold. Also the shower just had a plastic shower curtain and not...

A good business hotel with modern and spacious rooms. The negative points are that you have to pay for the wifi and the wifi time starts from the moment you login - so it's not possible to save your minutes for use later. The breakfast is not very inspiring - not a great range of pastries and the coffee is...

This hotel has the most perfect location and amenities for the price. We flew into Brussels for our first time, took the train to Bruxelles Centraal, and was able to take an inside tunnel straight to our hotel. The tunnel is not marked very large - it say Grote Markt at the bottom of the main stair case. They had...

The locaton of the hotel is great--close to the main square and central station. The room was large according to Europeam standards. It seemed to be recently remodeled and was nicely furnished. Housekeeping and breakfast was great. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great value and I highly recommend it!

Hotel’s located extremely in the city center. It’s actually 100 meters from the hotel’s entrance to the Central Station. Grand Place is 4-5 minutes walking from the hotel. Hotel and facilities are good, but it’s required to be renewed. My Standard Double room was no so spacious and had stylish furniture, which was not in good condition. The room had...

Very good location near the Grand Place, Central Railway Station, and a multitude of restaurants. The room is adequate, but noisy because of the location. The breakfast was included and excellent but there were no coffee making facilities in the room. Unlike most other hotels in the major European cities, this hotel did not offer either Sky News or CNN...

The hotel location is great. We booked it through booking.com and we got a very big, executive room for 109 euros/night, incl. breakfast. Pros: Location, value for money. Cons: Unfriendly and unhelpful staff, terrible coffee, expensive internet, street noize.
