The hotel has a very good location, an excellent breakfast abd the staff is very friendly and helpful. On the down side the hotel rooms need some renewing and the sound insulation to the street should be improved.

The location is great - is near to interesting spots - and the staff was polite and helpful. The bedroom was, nonetheless, a bit bad - not only did water leak from the shower cubicle (rendering the bathroom soaking wet), but it was also a bit noisy: every time someone closed

It's almost impossible to stay in a 8th floor single bed room, if you're over 1,80m tall. In general single bed rooms are very depressing at this hotel. Good breakfast though and excellent location. Not satisfactory value for money for singles.

What do you call someone or something who takes money from you for a service they didn’t perform. I call that stealing & that is exactly what this hotel did, not only did they try to keep my pre authorisation money for 2 weeks, they now have just charged me again in Dec for my

Had a single room. Very clean. Tram stop 10 meters from front door. Walking distance to central Brussels. Good restaurants within a few meters from hotel. Front office personnel was courteous and always ready to help.

Dear 86HC, You can reach our hotel either directly by taxi (it will cost you around 50 EUR) either by tram until the Brussels-Midi and from there you will need to take the metro directly to our hotel.

the hotel bar never seems to be open, there is always a rope across the entrance and no lights on, so it is not just that no-one is at the bar. Walk down through the lobby, turn right and out the back door, just opposite is the Arion Bar, great for food and drinks. Beer is about €4, spirits are about €8, wine is anything from €14 a bottle. Food and service is good, and you can sit outside if you want. This is my recommendation anyway.

I don't know what sort of ticket you will have from Charleroi. I changed at Midi and got the metro to Louise. There are maps everywhere and a help kiosk at Midi if you need information.

Hello, unfortunately we do not provide any airport transfers. The best way to get from the airport to the city center is to take a direct train into the Central train station or to take a taxi directly to the hotel. Kind regards,
