OK price, very close to the city center. Friendly staff, but a lot of noise. Rooms not really clean, small and a shower that was almost not working... dated indeed would be the right word, even though if you check on Booking.com, you wouldn't say.

This hotel is in center from Train station and Bus station. Around the hotel, you can find many shopping mall as well as good restaurants. Room was clean with balcony and good amenities. But the sad part is they don't have free wifi in the room except reception area however you can bye an internet card which is not good...

This is arguably the worst and cheapest place in Brussels calling itself a hotel. Bearable only for very short stays of school excursions, backpackers and other travellers on tiny budgets. However, the location is central - 10 mins or so walk to Grand Place and Place St Catherine and very close to metro and other public transport. The area does...

The building is highly outdated, possibly untouched for at least 30 years, the rooms were just about clean, towels were supplied plus a single bar of soap, nothing else. Beds were reasonably comfortable, rooms were fairly sized, carpets had a lot of stains and the balcony doors didn't lock properly. There was an old CRT TV although this was never...

We were in a horrible situation while on a day trip to Brussels where the English Channel was closed and we couldn't return to London so we were forced to stay in Brussels for the night. This hotel was the only reasonably priced one to be found. We arrived and the man at the desk was very rude to me....

Booked this hotel very last minute as part of a Eurotrip. Arrived at reception only to stand there for about 10 minutes whilst the man on reception completely ignored us. Eventually we were spoken to and given our room key. As we had heavy bags we were shown to an old creaky lift and left to find our room. Upon...

Stayed in this hotel as part of a university trip. As others have said, the place is quite dingy, unkempt and dated. Our room, which I shared with 3 others, had a view that faced inward to what can only be described as a concrete well. Again, as some have said, I can imagine it was very nice and posh...

If one word sums up this hotel its "Dated". The lifts feel like they were last maintained in 1980 odd and the interior looks like it last had a face lift in the 1920s. My room had ripped curtains and a shower which was virtually impossible to work. Very dark room with windows facing onto a interior dirty courtyard which...
