We stayed at the Welcome Hotel for 3 nights right before Christmas. It was an absolutely lovely experience. We stayed in the Egypt room that faced the fish market and the Christmas Market, the view was lovely. The room was comfortable and fun. Excellent breakfast ( I still miss the eggs and the mushrooms) and had a wide variety. We...

We were extremely satisfied with this property. The front desk were very cordial and made us feel like family. Extremely helpful after arriving ahead of schedule with no luggage. Would stay here again in the future.

Lovely place, great location steps away from Metro stop. Vanessa was welcoming and very helpful without being intrusive. We stayed in the Marrakesh room...unique decor. Take Vanessa's advice and visit the Museum of Musical Instruments during your stay in Brussels.

Big thank you to this hotel, whose employees, especially one man, were extremely helpful to two girls with backpacks who were looking for a street name. This hotel helps make belgium an amazing city to visit, especially over the winter holidays! they are literally just steps away from the christmas markets and a very short walk to all the touristy...

We found the opinions of the glowing reviews to be accurate. The amiable owner Michael, and the friendly and helpful Vanessa enhanced the pleasure of the stay. We stayed in the Congo Room, which was exotic and great fun, if a bit cramped. We found the breakfast very good, the facilities clean and comfortable, the staff all bent over backwards...

My eight year old granddaughter and I were in the Congo Room, complete with safari chairs, leopard skin, mosquito netting, etc. She took photos---even of the tiger skin design on the toilet seat! Vanessa, at the desk, gave us an excellent map, highlighting our walking route to important sites. It got us back to the hotel, too. In the Fish...

My wife and I just returned from our first trip to Belgium and were fortunate to have enjoyed the Welcome Hotel for the first three nights of our stay--a great introduction to a charming city. The hotel owner and staff are gracious, helpful and friendly and added a lot of enjoyment to our visit. The hotel is minutes away from...

We stayed in the 'Silk Road Suite' and this was one of the best, if not best, hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Fantastic jacuzzi bath, fantastic and unique decoration........pure luxury.

I booked 3 nights at Welcome Hotel Brussels after reading the great reviews it got on Trip Advisor. I requested a standard double (for which I paid 95 Euros a night), and got the 'Istanbul' room, which is not featured (unsurprisingly) in any of the pictures on the hotel website. Possibly this is the worst room in the hotel. The...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Situated at the heart of Brussels in the subway saint-Catherine, at 6 mn walking distance of the famous Grand Place. The hotel, at the same time atypical and welcoming, offers a real world tour because its 14 rooms with shower or balneo bath and its 2 SUITES with double Jacuzzi are decorated in the style of a different country with authentic objects brought back of the journeys of the owners, others were offered to them by customers. Rooms offer a real comfort with WiFi connection and certain air-conditioning. It is the magic place which will make you dream. ... more   less
