The hotel is very light and airy, and nicely decorated throughout and the dining room and reception overlook a very pretty courtyard. It is a 15 minute walk in to the centre, but this means the hotel is very quiet, so it's not a bad thing. The rooms are all different apparently, ours was a good size with a wet...

Hotel Stanhope has a lovely ambience of an old English mansion. It has a great location in the center of Brussels. The staff are very professional. Although it is not a boutique hotel, yet I felt that the staff did not lack the personal touch of a boutique hotel. One day while sitting in the lobby, I noticed that Delphine...

The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The room was small but well furnished although the carpet needed cleaning. Great amenities in the room - although no coffee service. Definitely would stay there again if the price was right. Well located in a quiet street near palaces, parks, museums, etc. Pulbice transportation nearby

My husband and I just returned from a trip to Europe. We stayed at the Stanhope in Brussels for 2 nights. The hotel is just lovely. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a 2 level suite, with the bedroom up a lovely curved staircase. The breakfast, which was included, was excellent. The diningroom...

Stayed here over a Friday / Saturday night and could not fault the experience. We aren't usually 5-star types, but found a too-good-to-be-true deal on a booking website and decided not to let it pass by. Would subsequently recommend that anyone who finds a reasonable price for this accommodation should do the same. Hotel was easy to find, only a...

The hotel is conveniently positioned in a quieter part of the City, and has easy access to the underground. The Staff throughout the hotel were amongst the most polite and service minded I have ever experienced and the public areas are lavishly decorated. Unfortunately the hotel does let itself down with the room quality, which although clean and comfortable, are...

Have now stayed here three times and have never been disappointed. The hotel has an interesting layout which, especially in the summer, allows outside drinking & dining. The rooms are pleasant if a little ornate. They are clean and well-equipped. Breakfast is good but expensive. I haven't had an evening meal here - several nice restaurants nearby and bars in...

I really like this hotel. The service is truly exceptional - everyone I encountered was helpful, efficient and attentive. I could not have asked for more.
