Good thing is that it was in.Great location and had friendly staff. Breakfast was good for the price. Bad thing is that My room was very small. Blankets were without cover and they looked old and torn out and I could hear noise from street.

The hotel location is very good for whoever goes on holiday and wants to be right in the centre of Brussels, close to restaurants, bars and the main attractions. The personnel is very helpful, but the hotel is in need of a general refurbishment - I was given a tiny single room with quite old furniture and a carpeted floor...

Do not expect more than you pay. The location is excellent. You are right in the heart of the city and everything is close to the hotel. Grand Place is just around the next corner. This the best part of the hotel But the hotel itself is very basic and old but is clean and tidy. Breakfast is less than basic....

The hotel is located in a prime spot but not in a very friendly or safe neighbourhood. The rooms are OK and the wifi is pretty OK too. Other than that, nothing to shout about. But for location wise, I will give it an A+.

Friendly staff. Small clean rooms with 70's decor, renovated bathrooms. Perfect location to explore the Hexagon and right on the Boucherie restaurant strip. Simple abundant breakfast included. Great value.

This hotel is right in the centre of everything so there is plenty to do. Rooms are clean and there is free wifi, the reception staff are very helpful and there is someone there 24 hrs. The price for a nights stay is very reasonable and the breakfast was lovely and the breakfast room was not over busy. I will...

My husband and I decided to take a spur of the moment trip and booked hotel opera through a hostel site. We spent about 60€ for the night it came with free breakfast. For the two of us overnight, it was reasonable. I would not want to stay here for a week or with our children (even though there were...

The hotel is located in the old town, right next to the shopping street and on one of the restaurant streets. With the location like that it offers quite good deals as compared to other hotels nearby. Very friendly and helpful English speaking staff is a plus. Also quite good breakfast with selection of cheese, meats, cereals, yogurt and fruits....

Conveniently located near Les Galleries St Hubert and La Grande Place, this elegant 19th c. building is desperately in need of a make over. The rooms are cheaply decorated and the furnishings are old, time worn, and hugely unattractive. Even the upper floor rooms- said to be suitable for business travellers- are not sound proof. During the night drunks shouted...

We travel with a young group and it's the perfect hotel. Best price for the location - five minute walk to the Grand Place, restaurant street around the corner. Yes, the rooms are small, and it can be noisy at night, but I bring ear plugs. Breakfast room is tiny, but the food is good. Boiled eggs, toast, yogurt, juice...
