Thank you for your request. I can offer you a double room on what we call in Europe the first floor (second floor in the US). Ther would be one set of stairs to climb. Would you want me to count the steps? (I guess 20 to 25).
All of our rooms have a private bathroom. The room I mention is Mme Butterfly.
The communal kitchen can be used but with consideration for the other guests, i.e. not late in the evening, in the middle of the night or very early in the morning. It also to remain clean and tidy as our cleaning ladies will only clean it after the breakfast hours. Storing drinks an foods or medicine is no problem.
If you book through a booking agency, we cannot guarantee the actual room. If you book directly with us, no problems.
