The generic exterior and spare lobby of this hotel looks deceiving, like it's going to be a mediocre pensione. But the rooms were fabulous and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, frequently offering suggestions and recommendations. We stayed here during a honeymoon tour of Belgium and it was around 20-degrees F almost all of the three days we were...

To be fair I'll start with the best parts: -The Citadines hotel has a great location and for that reason alone I might even consider staying there again. -My room was nicely located with a corner window on the 3rd floor, with a lovely view over the square. This, however, was the only good thing about my room (and ment...

These rooms are great if traveling with a family. We got a suite so there was a separate living and separate bedroom for the kid to sleep while the parents unwind, with a kitchen for kid food and parental beverages (see the Carrefour located around the corner). The trip started off horrible with the noisy renovations, but management went out...

I found this hotel in Rick Steves' Amsterdam Bruges/Brussels Book and made our reservation on May 14th for a stay in late Sept. I chose it specifically because of the Parking Garage available for our rental car, and the 3 triangle Rating by RS. Upon arrival, we drove in circles for several hours around the general vacinity of the Hotel,...

Booked this hotel with friends at the last minute. Quite ok but not the best. Conveniently located. Rooms are like little apartments ideal if you're on a budget.

The aparthotels were not only close to a metro stop, but within walking distance to the main attractions of the city. The aparthotels situated in the Ste. Catherines area are right in the restaurant area (which is a little pricey) offering numerous dining options for that special night out! There are also, grocery stores, bakeries, cheese shops, take out, supposedly...

The hotel was a great experience. I had the room 1305 for a night. It was a very big clean and very well equipped apartment. The staff was very helpful and kind. The location is perfect, it is very close to the city centre and the metro station is exactly next to the hotel. I will definitely visit this hotel...

The good things about this hotel are the fact that is well situated (around 10 min walk from Grand Place) the room and bathroom were clean, you have a free of charge coffee and tea machine in the lobby. Generally, if you are not too picky it was ok. The not so good things were that .... i had a...

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights for a weekend with 3 friends. When we arrived we thought it was quite strange that the slide doors of the entrance did not open, we had to ring to enter and it was during daytime not after midnight, so it didn't felt very welcoming. The lobby has a small lounge area with...

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback on TripAdvisor. About the entrance door, we keep it closed at any time for our residents' safety. The door can be easily open with the key of the room or while belling and our receptionists are present to open the door, as in your case. Then, we are...
