Unfortunately my first and last visit to this new hotel - I can tolerate teething problems - but as detailed below, a number of significant issues with basic customer service! We stayed here for 2 nights over a weekend - great location for a short visit to Brussels. Within easy walking distance to the Grand Place and the central train station. Comfortable rooms. well-equipped (BBC channels on TV), stylish, nice touches like bookshelves with interesting books. We stayed at the 9Hotel Sablon just prior to returning back to Turkey. The hotel is either relatively new or it has just been renovated, The entrance is spacious and modern, with a business area with an IMac connected to a printer. I enjoyed my stay here but one telephone call from the hotel totally destroyed 9 collection’s name and reputation. It was a sudden call from the hotel falsely accusing me of robbing a bluetooth speaker which, according to them, disappeared from the room after I checked out. So as a consequence they were going to charge me approx. 200€!! compensation...

This is a new hotel and we benefited from everything looking so fresh. We really enjoyed the welcoming reception/lounge area; the obliging staff; good room with coffee machine; small pool/sauna area that was quiet when we were there and therefore a pleasure to use.
