We spent the weekend in Brussels and found the Le Plaza to be a good base near to the city centre and the metro, although there are a few sex shops over the road (not too imposing though). When you step into the hotel its like going back into a time warp, lots of marble and polished brass. It as...

We wanted a hotel close to a Metro station (Rogier - less than 1 minute,) and within walking distance of "La Monnaie" theatre where we were going to the opera, and the Grande Place / restaurants. It's a 5 star hotel, and we thought would be well outside our price range, but hotels.com found us a lovely large twin room...

Lovely hotel in an excellent location, very safe and very central. The rooms were spacious, spotless and family friendly. We had a 1 year old with us and a cot in room with space to spare. We didn't eat in hotel as it was expensive but there are plenty of cafes and restaraunts in the immediate area. The hotel is...

We booked through Eurostar as part of a train tickets with hotel deal. It worked out to be exceptional value for money. We arrived at the hotel and received a free upgrade to a deluxe room, for no reason! The bed was vast and the room was absolutely lovely. The hotel had a grandness and calmness about it we really...

We stayed at this hotel from the 11th to the 15th September. We were a group of 4 aged between 43 & 66. Our experience at this hotel was brilliant. All the staff on reception were approachable and very willing to help. Our rooms were fabulous, clean and comfortable. The only downside, which is minor, was that there was no...

We stayed one night as we passed through Brussels and found it by going to the tourist office in the main Square and asking if they had any special offers. We paid euros 120 for a palacial room which did feel 5*. Terrific. Even though we only had one night in Brussels, we didn't want to go out (though we...

Stayed here for 3 nights in Feb on a side trip from Paris, the suite was nice, but I think the hotel was a bit too old for my liking. Overall service was excellent, concierge made great recommendations for restaurants. Felt more like a 4 star hotel than a 5 star, would make more sense for business travellers.

I stayed 5 nights at Le Plaza hotel in August 2008! The hotel it's quite old and needs urgent some renovation! I had a traditional room, the room's furniture was a litlle old and was not in a adequate conditions; there was no air conditioning in the room and I found only a bathrobe and no slippers! Also, I didn't...

My husband & I booked this hotel in combination with eurostar tickets for a romantic short break. I would definitely recommend it! Location Very central. Across the street from the main shopping area, a couple of metro stops from the Grand Place. Some seedy looking sex shops/clubs on the same street, but very un-threatening! Hotel Very grand and luxurious in...
