We were visiting for the first time in Brussels. We were greeted warmly and efficiently at check in. Our room was really nice and comfortable. The bathroom was a little cold and the shower did not have great pressure and the water did not get very hot. Breakfast was good.We were greeted very warmly every morning. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Fabulous hotel and very comfortable stay in central Brussels. Exquisite old world, family owned hotel that is so tastefully and artfully brought up to date that every room and around every corner there is a delightful surprise in elegance and beauty. We had a fantastic time, touring the old theatre, sleeping deeply in the perfect beds with the best linens and admiring the lobby.

I booked this hotel due to the glorious reviews, and I was excited about our stay there. Sadly, I am beyond disappointed with my choice. Never again! Location: The hotel is close to Metro station, but 15+ min to Grand Place and the Central Station. There are many other hotels much closer and more conveniently located to Grand Place and Central station where the majority of attractions and restaurants are, and the tours to other cities depart from. I knew we are compromising on the location - again, due to the general picture I got from previous reviews. I strongly advise you not to make this mistake! Condition of the hotel: Though clean, the hotel itself is in a serious need of renovation and updating. Walls are cracked (I had serious concerns about structural integrity due…

It’s a very old hotel located in the city centre. The hotel definitely needs some maintenance, but overall the services are good and the hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. There were some street work happening (was not mentioned by the hotel) and it was pretty hard to reach.

Really easy location, less than 10 min stroll from main train station if coming/ going to Brussels airport. Walking distance to grand palace, bars, restaurants and shopping area with metro just outside for further out trips. Great team, very helpful and really big room, high ceiling and giants bed - great spot for weekend break

Lovely breakfast but long queues for coffee as 1 machine out of order for 3 days. We thought a hot water urn and coffee machine from bar could have been provided in the meantime. Rooms noisy with open window. Staff helpful.

The room was really nice and comfortable. Everything was clean and well presented. I enjoyed the bath and bathroom again as clean and tidy. I had an issue not after contacting them, they resolved it. Hotel was central and I could walk to the train station. Will happily stay again.

I was here with my boyfriend recently and I am so glad we decided to book this hotel. This is easily one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at from the attentive service to the beautiful hotel itself. The room was very spacious and the breakfast buffet was delicious. It is in a really good location with easy access to public transit but also very walkable to restaurants and shops. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!
