I stayed here 3 nights. It's a small, comfortable hotel in Waterloo. Staff were friendly and the property was clean. There's not too much to do within walking distance of the hotel so having access to a car is good. Breakfast was ok but dinner was better. The hotel seems to be popular with large groups visiting the area. Overall,...

We've had a meeting in this hotel. Rooms are just OK, not more. Furnitures need to be refreshed. A bit disappointed for a 4 stars hotel. Nevertheless, restaurant is very good. We had to be served very promptly and they did it. Meeting Rooms on the 2nd floor are quite good. Compared to some other hotels where wifi is "overrated"...

I would only recommend this hotel if you can find a good deal. Rooms are clean and ok in size but we were put in an adjacent building. The breakfast / dinner room is quite nice. Breakfast was ok but not very extensive for a 4 star hotel. Although the hotel is not in the city center there are several...

I have stayed at this property several times when in Waterloo, and am always underwhelmed by the quality of service and the poor value for money. There's nothing terribly wrong with it, just an overall sensation of lack of care, and lack of attention to the customer. The breakfasts are very nice, but the room service at night is dismal....

We chose this hotel because it was close to the site of the Battle of Waterloo. However, it was in a business park, and clearly caters to the expense account trade. Our rooms were large, and well-appointed, but the wifi was time limited and slow However, it wasn't as slow as the service in the restaurant! Over-priced food, very, very...

The sheer size of the hotel is not apparent from the photo of the original building - it extends way back and is huge, also having rooms in a separate 'lodge'. It is situated in a business park which is in a nice area, and has good local options of a supermarket and several restaurants/pubs in walking distance. My 'superior'...

Pleasant, helpful staff. Bedrooms well-equipped but tired. Dinner was OK but very slow. At breakfast the coffee-making machines seemed to be breaking down in clouds of steam. Both hotel and dinner were rather expensive - would not visit again.

Stayed for 2 nights on business. Hotel convenient to my office. Room was chilly as it was hard to get the heater to work. Average breakfast buffet, but good bar although the drinks are expensive. Hard to recommend this hotel,

This hotel is such a disappointment. It's convenient for work, but you sacrifice a lot for that convenience. My room was on the ground floor and the source of heat was a unit placed over the doorway that was extremely loud when turned on. Sleep or heat - that was the choice! Even with the jet engine going full blast,...

Was trying this hotel during my last business trip in Belgium and based on recommendation from my colleagues. Not only the hotel staff was very helpful but also very kind and quickly responsive. For sure whenever I'll have to go back in business trip in the area I know already where I'll go.
