Nice and calm place to stay. As this is very near to the tram station, it makes a best place for tourist stay. We could easily roam in all the surrounding areas on weekends with a very comfortable daily routine to office. Rooms are maintained very neatly with creative interiors. Provision for cooking is an add on for Vegetarians like...

I stayed here during a short break and trip to visit my grandfather's village in the southern part of the Netherlands. My room was wonderful and comfortable, with a great bathtub that I took advantage of one evening. Within walking distance of many great tourist attractions, and bike hire locations close by for those who don't wish to walk. On-street...

A wee hotel with only five rooms but very homely, tidy and an incredible breakfast. Nice and personal rooms. Fully equipped room and bathroom. Only downside is that it is a bit off centre, takes half an hour by foot.

Even though my stay in this centrally located bed and breakfast was very short due to very late arrival of my flight I really appreciated the friendliness of Greetje ( I didnt even meet her) who phoned me the instructions on how to get in. The rooms are very spacious ,well equiped and clean, the mini bar well stocked, and...

We stayed for three nights in Sophie and were very happy with our choice. The previous good reviews give a very fair picture of Camesina. Impossible to resist the glass of fizz at breakfast and the wines in the mini-bar were not only well-priced but very well chosen. La Bicyclette (a "bistro de luxe") is only a five minute walk...

We stayed at Camesina for three nights and what a superb place it is. The rooms we had were large, light and airy and the beds very comfortable. The bathrooms were very well equipped, even down to an emery board and weighing scales! The rooms were also equipped with a kettle, coffee maker and chocolates. There was free wifi available...

I stayed in Josepha on the 2nd floor which overlooked a quiet one-way street. Both the room and bathroom were large and well furnished in an artsy way. I really enjoyed breakfast with yogurt and fruit, different baked goodies and a nice selection of breads and local cheeses. Great hosts and very convenient to everywhere I wanted to go. Slept...

The room was lovely, and breakfast was delicious, with a good choice of cheese and meats, tasty breads, and wonderful cooking, as well as freshly squeezed juice and a glass of bubbles. We stayed in Josepha, which was a lovely room, with a tree in the bathroom! Loads of character and original features throughout the house. Only shame was that...

Very enjoyable stay. Room was lovely and full of character. Breakfast varied daily and was good, you even had the option of a glass of cava. We went as a couple and the only advice I would have is to book well in advance as the room we stayed in, Sophie, had two beds pushed together.

Camesina is a great place which we've returned to five or six times over the years. We do know Greetje en Hugo by now, which is a plus, but even when that would not have been the case, we would come back every now and then. Greetje is a lovely hostess and a great cook and Hugo the most amiable...

“There are very steep flights of stairs up to the rooms which are located on 3 floors (no lift) so some less able-bodied guests may struggle. The room we had on the top floor was very warm but we were provided with a fan to help cool the room down.”
