In Antwerp, there are neighbourhoods where every house tells a story about its residents, current and past. That's probably why the stay in De Baron felt so authentic. As soon as you enter, you can feel the owners' collectionair's spirit and passion for antiques and cartoons. Cool antique details will follow you all around the 100-years-old-house in the city center....

This ornate b&b is a wonderful step back in time to a bygone era only a 5 minute walk from Antwerp central station. The roomy bedrooms are Belle Époque in nature with large exceptionally comfortable beds, good lighting with interesting decor and a large ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. I enjoyed coming back to my room after a day...

One of the best places to stay in Antwerp! located near the station and run by the most helpful and welcoming host, this lovely little B&B is the definition of charm. Everywhere you look, the lobby, breakfast room or any of the guest rooms you will find little hidden gems such as an antique silver sugar bowl or an old...

What a great B&B with lots of character and warm owners! Lillian greeted us upon arrival with a friendly smile and lots of helpful information about Antwerp. Luc was fabulous for helping us get our luggage up the stairs to our room, and handling breakfast service the following morning. You can tell they both love their B&B! The Baron is...

What a stunning place to stay. All the charm and age of a 100 year old house. The furniture, the decor, the feel of the place is everything. This house seaks to you, and what it has to say is as interesting as its history. The owners were wonderful and breakfast was perfectly adequate for a modest diet. No junk...

This tiny B&B in a monumental building near central station lacks kerb appeal but once you're inside is filled with period charm and shabby chic. Luc and Lilianne made us very welcome and provided us with large brunches -you can hardly call it breakfast if it's served until 11am. Rooms have all the little comforts including minibars and large bathrooms...

the pictures look glossy and let me think of a luxury bed and breakfast. Other than the bed, the creaky floors and the bathroom need renovation. The area rugs need to be replaced. I was uncomfortable with the cleanliness and avoided touching surfaces. There is no parking. Use the paid parking at the city parking areas at Euros 18 a...

It is close to the central station and a short walk to the old district. This makes the location very good. However, the rooms and furniture are from times gone by. The wash basin in the toilet needs replacement. The wooden floors creak when you walk. Gives a rundown feel. Hearty breakfast is served. For the price, not value for...

This is a small B&B offering bijou accommodation for up to four couples. Luc and Lilianne who run The Baron are very welcoming. They offer a super breakfast, comfortable rooms and help with locating the best places to visit.

B&B has just four rooms which might have put me off since anonymity is something we appreciate. However we took a chance due to the positive reviews and were so pleased we did. Our room was very large and bathroom similar, with two basins bath and shower to accompany the WC. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, our accommodation was interesting in...
