Having stayed here when it was the Mercure in 2013, the first thing that I notice was the layout had hardly changed. Lovely friendly, helpful multi-lingual check in staff.

Room was clean and spacious. Hotel is centrally located within close proximity to train station, restaurants amd shops. Staff waa friendly and helpful and reception is open 24 hours. Left too early to have breakfast, but would definitely recommend.

I did not see any balconies in this hotel. It was a nice hotel near the train station and within walking distance of Mier Shopping area, Ruben's House and old town. We had an executive suite which was quite big with 2 TVs, lounge area, large bath and queen bed. Staff were excellent and there is a small bar beside the front desk. I would stay here again.
