A beautifully appointed hotel located opposite the central train station. Easy to get to from the bus terminal as well. The staff at reception greet you with a smile and get you checked in quickly. The room was a decent size (with a view of the station opposite) as was the bathroom. Housekeeping kept the room spotless and tidy. The dining and lounge areas are bright and spacious. The kitchen staff are constantly refreshing the food and drinks at breakfast, and clear the tables in no time for the next diners. The location of the hotel also helps if you want to see the sights of Antwerp on foot. Finally, the price of the room is extremely reasonable considering the quality of the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Could not have asked for a more perfect location within steps of the train station, the zoo, and old town. Quiet hotel with a good breakfast. Staff were very accommodating. We were allowed to store our luggage both before check-in, and after check-out.

You simply cannot beat the location of this hotel as it is directly across the street from the train station. Excellent staff, great gym, great breakfast, look no further. If you at the point of your travels that you need to do laundry the Wassa Laundry is just down the street from this hotel.

Hubby and I stayed here for 3 nights mid-week. The hotel is adjacent to the central train station so super convenient, no train noise of vibrations felt in the hotel. The hotel is clean & bright. Check in was easy, the rooms were nice, bed a little hard for me but can't please everyone. Great use of space in the room. The shower was great with shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash provided from a dispenser on the wall. The breakfast was also good. location wise you are in the diamond district, about a minutes walk from 'Chocolate Nation' , 10 minutes to Groot Mrkt and 15 minutes to Museum aan de Stroom. Please note there is building work going on next to the hotel so it can be very very noisy during the day but if like us you are out and about all day then it won't bother you.

The location of the hotel is very good, right next to the train station and about 10-15 minutes walk to the center. Parking and getting there by car are therefore a bit difficult. There are parking spaces in public parking garages in the area. (approx. €17/night).
The rooms are in good condition, unfortunately the windows don't open, which was very unpleasant for me as I usually sleep with the window open.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was OK, not a particularly large selection but generally OK. Unfortunately it was incredibly loud and hectic in the breakfast room.
Basically, the price-performance ratio was OK for me.

You come out of the central station, cross the street and you are already in the hotel. We were there around noon but we got a room straight away. Check-in very smooth, room (224) very spacious, large bathroom, large double bed with good mattress and pillows, safe available and sufficient sockets for chargers. Kettle and coffee and tea provided in the room. A spacious closet for clothes is also available. Breakfast a bit on the meager side, but more than sufficient. The hotel is located directly at the bus and tram stop (convenient if you want to attend a performance in the Sportpaleis).

Stayed for 3 nights attending a business meeting nearby. Couldn’t fault the hotel, I was upgraded free on check in. Reception were very helpful with recommending local restaurants. The room was big and well equipped with hairdryer, plenty of sockets and an iron. The snack bar at reception is a little pricey but the bar prices were very reasonable. Breakfast is basic but there’s enough to choose from and coffee, juice etc. The walls are a little thin, someone else alarm next door woke me but overall it was very quiet. Great stay, I felt very comfortable and safe.

The hotel is conveniently situated right across the street from the Antwerp Train Station, but apart from that, I cannot say I was impressed at all, the room is tiny, there is no coffee machine, no bar fridge, which is quite important and not something you would necessarily expect to ask for, important for my partner who needs to store medication in a fridge. No bottled water provided. The bathroom is tiny and toilet is very close the the bed with a sliding glass door (frosted glass). We were disappointed with the lack of simple amenities and lack of quality for a Hilton. The bed is a small double, although seemed to be comfortable enough. There is building construction going on next door, but no mention of that when booking.

Because of brand standards Hampton by Hilton has no minibar in the standard rooms, but other rooms have a kitchenette with a fridge; We do not serve bottle of waters, because we have 24/7 complimentary water at the reception and our water is drinkable from the tap. Every room has coffee and tea facilities in the room. Our reception is always 24/7 available where you can get free amenities at any time and also a fridge to store any medication for you. A month later I’m still thinking about the comfy bed I had at this hotel (which was just in a standard room). It was massive, very clean and very comfy. The room is a great size compared to a lot of comparable hotel rooms, and the bathroom was modern and stylish.
I loved that there was a kettle in the room, but I just gave 4 stars because there was no water in the room to actually make my cup of tea.
