The room was large, bed was nice. The reception was very student like and the smell of food was prominent. Overall the hotel looked like it was in need of some TLC, which is not very surprising after a challenging Covid year

Great place to stay when you are in Den Haag. Clean and comfortable place which is run by helpful and professional staff. The centre of the city is in walking distance(araund half an hour). When I'm going to come back to town I'll pick this Hotel again :)

I had to re-pay my one-night stay at the hotel because at the moment of registration I did not have the same credit card I had used to pay for the room in advance. After 10 days I still haven't got my money back. The room was clean, but the room temperature was high, very dirty elevators.

Free parking, friendly staff, but thats all. Rundown rooms in a rundown building in a rundown area. Good Indian restaurent in the building. McDonald's is walking distance. King and queen are everywhere.

Great hotel, nice employee, fantastic service, phenomenal experience. I stayed there with a friend for a week, each day we left the hotel at the morning/noon before 11 am. Afterwards we got a cleaned room with new bathtubs and also the kitchen was refilled. The personal was cool. Would like to stay a bit longer

Hotel/hostel which feels really ghetto/street, like a grungy BLM collective decided to popup a budget hostel. The negatives I experienced were totally related to other patrons- noisy stereos through walls, door slams, a lingering smell of cooked onions and ganja. Housekeeping was good. Shower was hot and roomy. Short bus ride to city center. Supermarket 5min walk away. Area is being regenerated and the building work on the road outside is ended. I didn't interact with the staff much but seemed a friendly bunch.

There was a fire alarm and nobody left the hotel, we did but the emergency exit was closed. Staircase dirty, Rubbish lying around outside, Bed very uncomfortable, Pillows way to thck .. had no smaller ones. You could smell people were smoking inside the hotel and not just cigarettes. Loud music playing from neighbouring rooms. Rough area, seen lots of cars with brocken in windows. The room was clean, except the microwave.

I stayed for 3 nights for work related reasons coming from Portugal and the guys were super thoughtful. They got us free beer, red whine, ping pong and pool as well. They tried the best to make us feel at home. Thanks!
