We had a four night stay at this very well run hotel. Reception staff were first rate at their jobs. Bar staff very professional and cleaning staff worked hard to keep the rooms spotless. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The hotel is on a busy street with quite a fair amount of traffic and human noise...

A well-managed hotel which was very clean everywhere and with spacious bedrooms (for a large chain). We liked the breakfast room, quality of food and drinks etc very much. The breakfast service was well-managed with pleasant and helpful staff. We will return.

We had a pleasant stay here. Nice, stylish hotel, well-located in the downtown area (a walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket, Grote Market and not so far from the Binnenhof, Mauritshuis and the Escher museum). The standard room is very nice, with a double bed, free wi-fi, tv, safe and bathroom with shower and basic amenities. No minibar in...

Nice points: - good location - large rooms - nice staff - breakfast Ok Bad points: - found a cockroach - the pillows were hard has stones, couldn't sleep - not that cheap In Portugal, this 3 star hotel would be considered by our standards a 2 star one. It was good enough for 1 night (my purpose) but if...

Hotel, staff and cleaniness, service great. One drawback and reason i would never use Ibis anywhere again. No Tea or Coffee Facilities in the Rooms, being a poor sleeper i often wake at 2am and require a warm drink. this was unaavailble to me, considering the cost of the room i was very disappointed.

Although ibis hotels do not have any coffee/ tea making facilities in the room, we do offer a free service at the reception desk to borrow a kettle. This way you are able to...
