Having spent 3 days walking round the Hague, we could not see any hotel which would be better than this one. In a central street at the heart of the old town, within 10 minutes walk of the Binnenhof and the Mauritzhuis and both artisan and high street shops on the door step. The rooms are small but quiet and...

The location in the middle of the shopping and bar district is perfect. The rooms and the bathrooms are beautiful and brand new. They have a cosy living room, perfect for working Service is very kind The breakfast variety leaves room for improvement but generally the hotel is highly recommendable

So we had the pleasure to spend another extended weekend in this beautiful city. And we also had the great opportunity to stay at Paleis Hotel. We were greeted as family members, something we really miss in huge, impersonal hotels. And we even had a welcome gift! A box of delicious chocolate was waiting in our room upon arrival. A...

Simple but luxuriously decorated with every thought given to the small details that make any hotel feel like home. Excellent, friendly service and all in the heart of the Hague - 10 minutes walk from the Mauritshuis art gallery and central government buildings. Utterly charming.

We had high hopes for this hotel after reading the reviews. We normally stay at the Hilton but couldnt get a room this time. The room was clean and comfortable if a little bit small. The carpet was a bit shabby but nothing really too bad. Was a bit worried it might be a bit noisy considering the location. It...

Dear Gill, First of all, thank you very much for making us aware of your thoughts and concerns. Second, we sincerely apologize for disappointing you and not having lived up to your hopes expectations. Our hotel is situated in a historic building dating back to the 17th Century, so contrary to newly built hotels like the Hilton, there might be...

We selected this hotel to stay close to The Hague's museum district and were not disappointed. This is an old style hotel with a tiny elevator and oversized room key, located a block away from the Den Haag Paleis and about 3 blocks from one of the nicest museums in the Netherlands, the Mauritshuis. Our hotel room was large, clean...

There is actually nothing to complain about at this hotel. Location is excellent, decoration is charming, our room was really nice with good beds and a clean bathroom and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was OK but not exceptional.

Dear Sir, Madam, Thank you very much for your kind words. We are currently working on a new breakfast concept, so if you were to return in the future, we promise to 'wow' you on that front as well. Hope to see you again sometime! Warm regards, Marja Hillebrand & Frank Ferket, Managing Owners

I stayed at Paleis Hotel for 6 days because I had to teach at the University. Everything was excellent, the location, the quality of room facilities and the overall support given by staff. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

We have visited this hotel for several years now having been recommended it originally by a local Dutch friend. It is very cosy with friendly staff and perfectly situated in the middle of the Hague but up a picturesque cobbled street (non through road) with lots of nice quirky shops in the near vicinity and very close to cafes, restaurants...

We stayed at this hotel recently for three nights. It is a small hotel with not too many rooms which gives it a more intimate feel. The staff are all lovely and very helpful and friendly. Check in was smooth. The room was well furnished with everything we needed. The bathroom was a reasonable size with plenty of towels. The...
