This hotel was great. We were staying for a weekend in the city with 2 young children (3 months and 3 years) and the hotel met our needs entirely. There was parking (in an underground carpark with a car lift to get to it!), a very friendly welcome (with cuddly toys given to each of our children), and a lovely... More

This hotel is with walking distance (about 15 minutes) from the train station and it's very easy to get to the airport from The Hauge. We had a room on the 6th floor and it was very clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was not included in our price ($97) but who could ask it should... More

We were in The Hague in part for business and in part to catch up with friends (we used to live there), so we needed a central place. The Novotel is right next to the Passage and the pedestrian network of The Hague; I was able to rent a bike at Centraal for 6.50 per day and use that as... More

I read the reviews before choosing and basically selected because the price was much better @ 155 euros than other's that looked good (all well over 200 euros). This hotel is pretty basic - okay for 1 night or 2 on business but that's about it. Location is good but they didn't have much of a bar, internet is only... More

Traveling with the family finding a hotel with family rooms is sometimes a challenge. The Novotel formula where two children can stay for free in the rooms is thus an interesting option. The Novotel City Center is - as the name says - really in the city center of The Hague. Get there by public transportation. The tram and busstop... More

Having read the reviews for this hotel, I had great hopes. However, the problems almost began before I even got there. I tend to plan a long way ahead so I had made my reservation for a 'Superior' room almost 12 months ahead of stay. But four days before my arrival, they e-mailed me to say they had overbooked but... The staff was courteous and helpful. Our room was clean and well-appointed - cozy, but big enough. The bed was very comfortable and a large crib was provided for our son. We found the room to be very quiet, so quiet we slept until after noon our first night! The best thing about this hotel is the location. The Binnenhof... More

Was in Holland on two occasions that month, for a rather difficult family occasion. Stayed at Novotel and was really happy with my choice. I got upgraded the 2nd time around and had a large room, with nice modern bath and very comfortable bed. All the staff were pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast was great. I highly recommend th... I need to update my prior review. This time when I arrived, I got a substantially different room than I had last time. It appears that there are distinct room quality differences here. On this trip I pulled a room on the 6th floor. Now, up until earlier this year, smoking was allowed in hotel rooms. Thankfully, the Dutch passed... More

Was very pleased with the Novatel Den Haag City Centre. Nice room with a unique desk that swivels to provide an L-shaped working area. Great breakfast - nicer than most. One of the nicest things was the direct connection to Passages - a glass galleria of shops and restaurants. On a cold, rainy day (like when I was there), it... More
