I spent 6 nights at the hotel with a group of students who attended a Model United Nations conference. The staff was extremely accommodating in getting us into our rooms early, which was greatly appreciated. The rooms were perfect for my needs with plenty of space an a nicely appointed bathroom with a tub. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the tram station and the central area with shops and restaurants. I also ate twice at the Chinese restaurant next door and once in the hotel lobby restaurant. Everything was good. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruit and juices. and a nice spread. I do with there was a little more variety as it remained the same every day (pancakes, eggs, bacon, chicken sausage, mushrooms, beans). A potato offering would have been nice as well. My only issue negative with the hotel was housekeeping. The first day, they came really late (I believe after 5 pm)they totally skipped cleaning my room and then the following day was probably the worst cleaning that I have experienced in a hotel. I don't think my towels were ever changed. The front desk was responsive to the situation and even gave me a comped drink, which I appreciated. Outside of the daily cleaning, the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Unfortunately for me, I ended up in a double room because we requested to be in a room close to our students. The single beds were very small and it was uncomfortable trying to put them together. I definitely would have preferred a double bed, but it wasn't available for that floor.…
We enjoyed our stay here very much. We stayed for one night and wanted to be centrally located near the restaurants and bars. This hotel is near to all that and waking distance from the trainstation. Nice staff, comfy beds, big room. Will definitely stay here again
The hotel is weel located, covered parking is a must for cold weather. The lobby attendants are very nice mainly Mare and Charlain. The bar has nice options. The service is perfect, Sandra will do everything to support the needs.
I stayed here for 3 nights during a business visit to The Hague. The hotel staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and have all the required amenities. The restaurant also offers a wide variety of food for breakfast and evening meals. I will definitely be back.
Convenient central location, nice big room with big shower, comfy bed, nice bar. The only issue was the noise from the trams going past which I could hear from the 5th floor but it didn't bother me too much. There was also a neon sign from the building opposite which flashed in my room when the curtains were open.
The hotel is good, reception and restaurant staff are amazing and very nice. The down side was cleaning service, I was in a business trip but one day worked from the hotel and noticed that the cleaning lady uses the hotel towels to clean the toilet. It was disguising… also the breakfast does not worth 20 euros even it’s good
A clean, quiet and comfortable hotel. I had a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was good. The room had free drinks available and was spacious. It’s central - near the Embassy quarter and close to the main shops - and not far by foot or by tram to the central railway station. .
Make sure you stay in a privilege room on the 9th or 10th floor! Although you can hear the trams when you open the window, it wasn't distracting. It was silent when the windows were closed. Nice bathroom, and loved that the fridge was refilled each day. Also appreciated the 5 euro bar discount if you chose not to have your room cleaned.
Stayed for two nights on the third Floor in a Room with a Bath, a little bit Noisy and the Train could be heard all the time. Suggest to get rooms with Showers and not Bath. The Breakfast was Good and the Service and Room condition nice. In Total I would say it was a nice Stay
Kind and extremely client oriented hotel team, cosy and comfortable rooms, a very good parking deal. Is there something more to wish while travelling?.. Breakfast is reach both on choices and fresh products, including fruits and vegetables.
