Use of a microwave and free coffee, tea and filtered water available in the lounge area until 11.30pm. Very comfortable beds and good soundproofing (or very quiet guests). Reception and cleaning staff all friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

I was a guest at hotel Pro&minus: Minus: - is a private one to one room HOSTEL not "HOTEL"! - they called a 3star hotel but is a big lie and desapoonment - the reception is closed from 21 to 7am - any problem you might have you have to pray so 7 am come sooner - a hotel without a receptionist is it called a hostel not hotel!! - my travel agent and the lady staff the one who did my check in, did not mention that the windows is not an openable one. - no beath to breath until 7am:( - at noon they open heater,an night the dry air make people sick - i feelt sick and vomit to call the place a 3start"HOTEL" - in the morning, surprise" asked for"the lady gaved me a room with a bit of open windows I HAD TO OPEN UNTIL THE NEXT DAY TO HAVE IT DONE:(((( - A room neightboor did noise all night, tv oùtttt loud , no one to ask help since there is no night receptionist staff in all bldg - i had to put meself in the danger to knock at his door and to ask for silence volume down (His english was veryyyy bad, pakistan or spanish it was i think) Pro: NOTHING
