We arrived at 11am and were offered both our rooms - what a pleasure. From the outside the building is unassuming but the inside is pure class - great layout and flow to the reception area. Wonderfull room sizes with stunning bathrooms Location is perfect, 5 min walk from tram/metro and in the heart of main shopping district. Will definitely visit again
This is a really lovely hotel situated almost opposite the Royal Palace in a largely pedestrianised area. It is very quite but close to lots of the main attractions in The Hague. The staff were all lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel bar was quite a nice spot for a late drink before bed but you are close to lots of nice bars and restaurants if you are more adventurous. Rooms are large and very well laid out and very quite, we had rooms next door to each other and my daughters twin room was huge. They are beautifully decorated and have really lovely large shower rooms attached. The beds were really comfortable and our King was huge. I didn't get a chance to try breakfast which looked amazing because my daughters wanted to try some of the local cafes (my loss as I love a good hotel breakfast) The hotel parking was really good because once arrived we left the car there as the city is small enough to walk most places or get a bus or tram. The desk stuff were all very helpful with this and you can get travel tickets from the desk. Could be better if you decide not to have your room made up you get a 5Euro voucher my daughters being eco friendly chose to do this but you could only spend it in the bar rather than at the front desk shop. The information about this was not clear as my reading was that you could spend it on the snacks shop by the front desk. This left a little bit of a bad taste because in the great scheme of things for staying in this hotel 5E is not a lot and I suspect a lack of clarity from management around this and puts the front of house staff in a difficult position. So a blip but an excellent hotel none the less…
We wanted somewhere comfortable and affordable with a bath. We got: comfortable, really nicely designed, spacious, great bath and shower, light and well-ventilated, excellent staff and well located. Very happy with this hotel. Well worth it for the price, far exceeded expectations.
This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel and my second visit was just as good as the first visit. Perfect location close to the shops, restaurants and bars but feels as though you are on the outskirts as it is very quiet and situated on a lovely street. The hotel is spotlessly clean with large rooms and bathrooms. Great aircon that cools the room quickly and can also heat the room fast. Staff very friendly and efficient and there are plenty of staff n hand if needed. Breakfast is lovely with great choice and lovely coffee. There is plenty of room n the restaurant and it is a quiet chilled out way to start the day. Special thanks to Pilivi who recognised us from our stay earlier in the year. She is extremely friendly and professional and a real bonus to the hotel. We will definitely return to this hotel again if in the city and hopefully Pilivi will still be doing her great work there..,,,thank you for looking after us!…
I stayed for 3 nights in early September. The location of this hotel is perfect. My room was comfortable and quiet and breakfast more than adequate. Staff friendly and helpful as always. Reception area is very comfortable and ideal for meeting friends or work colleagues. Highly recommended hotel. I will be returning early December!
As said before, I have the pleasure of staying in this wonderful hotel like twice a month. For me what is important choosing a hotel: is the location: how QUIET are the surroundings. And that is why ( well at least one of them) why I stay here: yes it is right in the middle of the old town, very near the "hustle and bustle" of The Hague, but you will not notice anything of it. I have said it before: the staff; energetic, friendly, helpful. Love them. The rooms are VERY comfortable, clean and the bathrooms are A - mazing.... So - after a long and sometimes exhausting day at work; I can wind down and relax. I have "seen "the breakfast ( never have breakfast) and it looks very inviting. I have heard that other guests were extremely surprised by the dinner menu, so perhaps I should treat myself to have dinner there one day too.…
With a great location, great rooms and great staff, I can only summarise this hotel as great. Very clean and modern in appearance the rooms had plenty of room and were a fabulous place to unwind after a long day. We would be happy to recommend not only this hotel, but look forward to seeking out others in the chain in the future.
Very nice and chill place perfect for families, or those who want to be far away from the nuisance of amsterdam, good amount of facilities, nature and the people there are very friendly and they all speak english.
This hotel and its staff are extraordinary! A special thanks to Polianna, Pilvi, Anyer ... amazing how they excel in their profession. It's a delight to have stayed there, and encourages me to come back sooner than planned! Bravo!
