The rooms are quite large for this level of hotel. The front ones face the street but good double glazing cuts most of the noise out. Breakfast is a buffet. Usual selection of cold meat, bread and cheese, and cereals. Helpful staff. I would return if in Rotterdam again.

The accommodations were fantastic and the staff extremely friendly and helpful.....I would have no problem to give it the highest rating if not for its location (we were not sight-seeing in Rotterdam just stopping over for a night on our way to other locations - so I cannot speak to benefits surrounding its convenience to Rotterdam's sights). We arrived at...

This little hotel is very well situated, right in the center of the city. It has the feeling of a townhouse, not of a hotel, and as a consequence stairs are narrow and steep, corridors have multiple bends etc. The reception was manned by a very cheerful and friendly man and formalities were completed in no time. Note: no proper...

In a very good location, plenty of cheap eats around (plus a fair supermarket turn left out of the front door). Comfortable rooms, good breakfast, mini bar fridge was a boon in hot weather. The rooftop terrace is worth seeking out if the weather is fine. Staff very helpful and very good English spoken.

The hotel is centrally located in Rotterdam, only 10 minutes from the central railway station. Functional, clean rooms, overall it makes a good impression. Stayed for one night for a business trip, for that it was a perfect accommodation.

Newly renovated when we stayed. Everything clean and new. Staff friendly. Breakfast was fine. Location good, Rotterdam CS and harbour area within walking distance. Very close to De Oude Binnenweg for good restaurants etc. No air conditioning, but air circulation was fine. Opened the window occasionally and turned on ventilator. Enjoyed stay.

Nice little boutique hotel. Well appointed, clean, centrally located. I needed to stay over one night with a colleague in order to meet up with a client early the following morning. Good discreet service. Nice rooms nd located in a street with plenty of cafes and eating places. Plus a 'cpffee shop' if you need to float away for a...

Emma hotel is a freshly renovated hotel and I believe after its recent renovation will get only 5 stars from its visitors. The most astonishing experience at the hotel was the booking procedure. We have arrived after 18:00 and 2 couples were in front of us who appeared to make a last-minute reservation like we intended to. Somehow the reservation...

As the other reviews state, Hotel Emma is wonderfully located in central Rotterdam. It is an easy walk from the train station, as well to the other touristy things to do in Rotterdam. It is also a great location for arrival or departing on a cruise ship. Very easy walk to the port (that is, if you're a walker) Tram...

If you take the train to Rotterdam Central Station, this hotel is about a 10 minute walk. You can easily go to the Maritime Museum, the Museum Park, Witte de Withstraat and the Erasmus Bridge. In other words, you are close to everything. The room is very comfortable except street front rooms will be noisy at night. My room included...
