I would have liked hand soap for the basin and also hand towels would have been nice. We took our own travel kettle so was not worried about the area on the 2nd floor. No view, but the parking was a real plus for us. Many thanks

I stayed this hotel two years ago and came back on Sunday for 4 days stays. I still feel this hotel is just like a family. The staff are very friendly and treat you as member of family. The decorations of inside the rooms and locations are also excellent. One of the best parts I can also recommend is to rent...

Good location. Friendly staff and they give you superb information about Delft. Nice decoration of the hotel with a home feeling. Breakfast is good. But no coffee variation (just black) and not practical that you have to order this.

It is a cosy and intimate hotel, the staff could have been your family. Only nice guests, very varied! And an inviting meeting space, for relaxation or nice chat. Ten points for free parking! We had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel was nice and the staff helpful. We stayed in the underwater themed room. This was well decorated although in some ways felt a bit like a kids bedroom. The jacuzzi bath was lovely, but the placement of the mirror was a bit awkward. The beds were comfy however, would have been nice to have a double bed rather...

I lived in the theme room "date palm" and choose it because I wanted to have a special atmosphere and to use the whirlpool. The nice things first: The location is splendid and the employees were really nice. However, here comes the bad stuff: Very (!!!) steep stairs, no elevator (just a rediculous one-person thing where you have to continuously...

When you like the noirmal type of hotel (modern without a personality): Never stay here! This hotel has a great personality! All walls are painted, in a fairy tail style even around the elevator. There is a free parking, surrounded with chickens, in the centre of Delft. Downstairs is cosy cafe where tou also have the nice breakfast, with (ofcourse)...

Loved this hotel. Fantastic breakfast and friendly staff. Great location in the heart of Delft. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants. Beautiful city with so much character. Interesting artwork in the hotel... You'll see! :)

The hotel is well placed and comfortable, but staff are not very nice. They offer free parking, no need to reserve, but... only if they have space enough! If not, you have to look for a parking spot nearby, which is impossible unless you wanted to be fined because all places around are only for residents.

We had a beautiful thematic room with jacuzzi. The breakfast was excellent especially the fresh eggs and home made breakfast. It is at walking distance of the town centre, but quiet at night. An unique base for a weekend trip to this town.
