We are a family of 4 (kids aged 10 and 7). We stayed in a 2 bedroom house, overlooking the marina. Everything was very clean and functional for our stay. We missed not having a toaster but that may just be a British thing! Lots to do on site with a good pool with jacuzzi and a choice of restaurants/cafes....

Very nice and silent park. The houses are big and six people could easily live a entire weekend in one house. Volendam is at walking distance with all the cultural hotspots. You need to get use to the fact no staff (if you live in NL) will guide you during your stay. You'll receive the key at home and you...

The beds aren't very comfortable, too soft. The hotel apartments have not very good noise insulation (you can hear the people next door shifting their stairs). Some noise on the Streets of bachelor parties. The apartment are spacious.

Food stalls are along the front for kibbeling chips frinkandell etc. The hotel itself was very noisy at night when people came back.the room needed a good clean.cobwebs round the window smears on the walls hairs on the shower wall to name a few things.wouldnt use...

The location is pretty good but on the other hand there are two negative points that need to be improved: (1) The check out is pretty early which is not so comfortable and (2) The official and main restaurant from the Hotel was already fully booked for dinner on Saturday at 17:30H which is a good signal for the business...

We stayed here as part of a group of 20+ people for a football tour. We expected the accommodation to be basic but we're very pleasantly surprised. The quality and cleanliness were very good. The location, next to a large marina, was first class, shops and restaurant and snack bars all within easy walking distance. The only small disappointment was...

Visiting Marinapark is like looking at my dream home. I am so in love with Dutch House Model so visiting Volendam is like walking in my own dream. Marinapark is one structure row of building. You may rent one of the house if you want to stay in Volendam. It has a nice view and easy access around the small...

Great place with facilities in walking distance and more restaurants and shops in under a 20 minute walk away!! We didn't arrive here until later in the evening (10pm local time) which meant we had to walk a distance to find a restaurant called 'De Lunch' as it was the only serving restaurant at that time. We didn't realise that...

We were hoping to stay somewhere small & cozy in nearby Edam but booked a room in the Marinapark Hotel Volendam as a last resort as it was the only place available in the area on a busy May long weekend. That said, we were pleasantly surprised. Yes, the hotel has an insutional feel to it, but our room was...
