Travellers' Choice
Zoku provides a home base for travelling professionals who are living and working in a city for periods from a few days to a few months. You could call Zoku a re-invented apartment hotel – in fact – Zoku creates a new category in the hotel industry: a home-office hybrid, which is a relaxed place to live, work and socialize with like-minded people while getting wired into the city. Business travel can often be lonely and uninspiring. This is the place for you to quickly get rooted in the city, join inspirational talks and connect with your neighbors and the locals.

I Stayed for 4 nights in a XL loft. Great spaces. Functional and nice decorated. All kitchen supplies available, even a cheese slicer! Friendly staff. Clean but not spotless. Great bed. I could not get the room colder at night, it stayed a little too warm for me. Could have opened the windows, but the hotel is on a noisy street. But otherwise a great place to work and or to move around city. Would definitely come back.

Since restaurants were still closed due to Covid we chose for a loft at ZOKU for our two night stay. This appeared to be a good choise, the kitchenette and additional seating space in the loft gave us everything we needed to self cater and relax during our stay. Besides the convenience of the loft itself also the location of the hotel is worthwhile mentioning. Close to the Metro and also walking distance to a number of highlights.

Great and clean loft. Great location close to public transport. All kind of facilities in the close neighbourhood. We had a great stay, slept well and would strongly recommend ZOKU Amsterdam to friends and family

Unfortunately the rooms were nice and spacious but the actual experience was terrible. I think the marketing for that hotel is too chill and young which makes it unprofessional. It attracts party animals who don’t care for others and just party from literally 7pm until 10am, during a pandemic. I wish the staff took it more seriously thank just asking to turn the volume down. Booking online also wasn’t possible and I had to call and the person on the phone was nice but not very professional, she sounded like she didn’t really know her stuff that well which made me uncomfortable to make use of the options of the package. I wouldn’t come back here because who knows if you can actually get a relaxing weekend from that place. I

Zoku is ideally located. It has a spectacular room design. However it does fall short as the work spaces are nothing more than having a restaurant. No silent corners. No individual work stations. Staff is amazing and friendly. Always on air conditioning was an issue for us. It made room just cold all the times. Again amazing staff gave us a heater. Cleanness of the room was the most disappointing factor during our stay. I loved the concept and perhaps with a different management or protocols this hotel can beat any 5 star hotel. Double size beds have a single person duvet. Didn’t understand if the hotel manager ever had a sleep test.
