This hostel is located in really great location, juste a few minutes away by boat to the city center (which is free). The vibe is really cool, you can chill in the many sofas they have and also cook your own meal. However, there is not lot of privacy in the dorms, no curtains to hide you from others.

Stayed in the 12 person dorm of this hostel for 3 nights. The location is very good with easy access to the city centre via a free ferry across the water. The dorm room is ok, no complaints about the bed and lockers. USB and power outlet above each bed. The only complain I have in regards to the room is the door. The door closes automatically with a lot of force and this makes a lot of noise when the door hits the frame. Same for the doors of the toilet, shower and common entry door to the dorms. This is especially enjoying during the nighttime if people enter the dorm and you are trying to get some sleep, even if you wear earplugs. The electronic lock on the entryway to the b-block dorms was broken so in reality everyone could enter which is a security risk for theft. This hostel is so incredibly filthy. The common showers/toilets were "cleaned" twice a day but in reality they just signed off the sheet without cleaning. The same for the kitchen area with garbage bags overflowing and trash all over the floor. It's not for the lack of staff in this hostel, they just are lazy and don't want to work. The fridges smelled awful and weren't emptied, cleaned on a regular basis. During the last night, I was locked out of my room when I went to the toilet and my key card was no longer working. It's not very convenient you have to go to the reception in your boxers to get some help... And even then they had to redo it once more because it didn't solve the problem. Apparently this is a common problem in this hostel because other guests in the dorm had had the same problem in the nights before.

We stay there for a month . Ok let’s start that as soon as we came they change our room after one day . They stole our wallet from the room the staff from the cleaning service! and also the hostel they pretend to stay away from the room during the cleaning so we went to the police to report but the way the help us was disgusting. After 2 weeks we’ve been away for a couple of days they send me an email to do the check out because they didn’t find us in the room but we pay our Room for a month so is already strange ! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all . Also the worts thins they write registration on the website and when you arrive there they don’t let you register your self so I mess all the procedures with my BSN number because of them . Very rude staff and cleaning was bad specially downstairs where is the chicken area in common with other people. There are many better place ! They also reply to me ! Since when because of the COVID you can not stay in the room . They where 500 people inside that place no distance no rules . They ask me to leave because we left for a couple of days but we pay the room for a month ! They are just bad people ! Don’t go in this place and since when if I have my private room I can not leave my personal staff inside because a cleaner can steal ! Come on ! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
