Booked a stay in December for January and a few days after submitting bank details they emailed increasing the price. So I cancelled the booking to find I had been charged the full amount. They never cancelled on "their system".

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, really central only minutes walk to anywhere. Rooms are on the small side but the location makes up for it. Highly recommended for groups or lads holidays. There is always someone at reception to let you in and to sort any problems.

This was a really nice place to stay and the location was A+. The only thing that I didn't care for was that we couldn't have food in the room. I understand why but it was still an annoyance. We were allowed to eat in the cafeteria area though so that was fine. The breakfast was decent and the bars...

Very good location, really close to main attractions and to bus/tram stops. The room was really clean, my towels were changed everyday. Nice breakfast. Helpful and kind staff! The room was a bit too small.. not a big deal for me since I planned to spend more time outside than in the hotel, but it could be a problem for...

The location of the hotel is great, next to the tram station, in the city center but in a quite secondary street. It has 24 hours reception which I found very useful. The receptionists (in two days I've seen five different people!!) are all very kind and willing to help you. They also have free luggage storage. The room is...

The room they put us in was in the basement and didn't have a window. There was no ventilation whatsoever, and no air conditioning. The room wasn't large enough for us to open our suitcases without putting them on the bed -- the room was literally just large enough to hold a queen bed and a narrow walkway to the...

I spent here 2 nights. Very close to the most of attractions I was interested in. The staff is open to our needs. But we interfered not too much, due to the things properly settled when we arrived. An excellent choice for a short visit in Amsterdam

Room was in the basement and had no windows, despite the advertised room having windows and a view. There was however a skylight, which was full of dead insects. We also found a silverfish insect in the bed as we were leaving. Room was also very noisy with adjacent doors slamming and the cleaner banging the vacuum cleaner off our...

Stayed here in may 2015 and was acceptable throughout until the owner demanded the money in advance when it says online we could pay at the end. Plus we didn't know there was a checkout time of 11:30 am. Could have been a bit more informative and maybe more friendly because the owner was fairly arrogant in his demands

Went here for a stag weekend, average hotel, room was a bit cramped 5 beds really close together and couldnt move much in the room. Was fine though for a group of lads that was out all day and night and jus come back to the room to sleep. Breakfast was pretty bland in the morning. Done the job for...
