Great hotel! Lovely clean, spacious room! Friendly staff. It was longer than I thought to the city centre via bus or tram a good 20 minutes! But buses and tram run frequently and the bus stop is just round the corner from the hotel! So overall we were very pleased:)

Room way overpriced at over €200 per night. Stayed in refurbished room. Wasn't cleaned properly on arrival. Used cotton buds left in bathroom. Plastic around the toilet flush kept falling off. Double bed keeps separating as it's 2 singles pushed together. Pillows were definitely not pillows they are small cushions. Black marks all over the wall. Went to restaurant one...

We knew this hotel was out of the city centre but at a price of 200 euro a night you would expect to get what is advertised as a 4 star hotel . We had emailed before the trip and specifically requested that our room be one of the refurbished one as promised and upgraded to executive room as per...

Liked this hotel. Good first impressions which are so important I think. Staff were great and checked us in quickly and gave us a nice room. Very clean and nice bed which was very comfy. Bathroom good and cleaning staff came in and did a good job and left clean towels etc. Was quiet at night and we slept well....

We weren't too sure about the hotel when we arrived late at night on bus 21 from the train station. It seemed to be in a less-desirable part of town and was on the far side of a dark plaza. But it ended up working great for us. We had the hotel breakfast one day, but most other days we...

Hotel was clean and tidy with modern décor. Friendly and welcoming reception staff. Easy to get to on public transport from the airport, a 10 minute train ride followed by a 10 minute bus ride, about 3 euros per person for each. We had travel information emailed to us by the hotel on request. The room again was clean, tidy...
