Very friendly welcome, extremely helpful people, excellent position wonderfully connected to the city centre and to Schiphol Airport. And if you are in Amsterdam on business at the Rai, it's the perfect choice for your stay. One of the rooms of the apartment we stayed in is very small, but if you have children they will love it!!!

Xaviera and Philip were wonderful hosts. This is their home so the eclectic mix of furniture and books they have collected, or written, made it homely and very cosy. Breaky was on a large round communal dining table which we shared with Xaviera and Philip plus two other guests. They bent over backwards to offer a sumptuous and hearty start...

We spent 3 nights here at Xaviera Happy House in late July 2013. The house itself has a lot of character and is a great introduction when arriving in Amsterdam. The breakfasts were very nice and relaxed out in the courtyard area, and the cooks were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, in a very nice part of...

You will feel at home at The Happy House in Amsterdam. I was so relaxed that I enjoyed breakfast, while still in my PJs. Also, they serve breakfast up to 11 AM, so sleeping late isn't an issue. The garden is a delight and filled with interesting exotic foliage. Every room has a personality and style that has a 70s...
