Hotel is in a great location, near museums and cuty center, however it feels and looks dusty. Staff was professional, but could be more friendly. Rooms are quite small and tight. The hotel didn't have hot water one morning, but it was quickly fixed.

My wife and I traveled there last year. Service was good, rooms clean. We got dropped off only a couple of blocks from the hotel; public transportation was reliable, we went from downtown to close to our hotel within a relatively short time, fairly cheap.

We stayed here for a weekend. Upon arrival at 3:30 p.m., the room was not ready yet. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. The locatiom was great, and the hotel was all in all ok, but not great (no food services, the suitcases could not be wheeled in easily, not very useful concierge advice).

The Leonardo Hotel is perfect for those visiting the museums of Amsterdam, as it is within 5 minutes walk of Van Gogh and all the main museum attractions. Rooms are the classic (small) size of Amsterdam hotels, however the bed and room were very comfortable and newly renovated. Reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. Free Wifi was available and...
